There we all stood
Ready and loud
Doing what we could
To make our ancestors proud
With half of us black
And half of us white
Standing back to back
Getting ready to fight
The horrible media tries to break us
They ruin our picture and try to fake us
Make us look like monsters ready to hunt
They scare everybody with a horrible stunt
But we are not what they say
And we won't do it their way
Today we shall all unite
And hopefully, do what's right
Muslims, Christians, Hindus, and Jews
If we do it together, none of us will loose
European, Asian, African, American
We can all do it, we just need a plan
Love one another and accept the differences
We all have faced various experiences
Forget the injustice and the hate
We're here to make the world great
You need to have hope and you need to believe
That we will never succeed if some of us leave
Together we stood
Together we fought
Together we rose
We achieved what we sought
