Footsteps echoed through the empty hallway. She was here once again.

Memories flooded her mind as she walked through the all too familiar school corridor, her hands brushing through the metal surface of the locker doors. She had let everything that she locked down for so long flow freely in her head. Every laugh, every cry, every word that slipped out from her lips.

She remembered her friends and how she would laugh with them about pointless things, do unbelievable dares just for the laugh and how she pushed them into the water on her birthday. She missed them so much, so much that it almost hurts. Almost.

But then she saw his locker, and his picture became visible in her mind once again after what seemed like forever. She felt like she was broke down to a million pieces again. Again. Every feeling was familiar. She felt this all before.

Carelessly, she rested her forehead on the cold metal door. She had let it all flow. From the very beginning 'till the end, she was willing to remember. She was desperate to relive his sweet smile, his perfect green eyes, and his gorgeous curly hair, even if it's just in her head.

She was willing to be hurt again just for him.
