Chapter 3,

Mum looked at me, I could tell that she was going to say something that would disappoint me, deeply.
"Well you see, umm, I've found someone else..." she said, knowing that I would be upset.
"WHAT?!!" I yelled "WHO?!!"
"um it's...it's Patr-"
"mummy what's going on?." Billy had cut off mum,
"Nothi-"
"mums got a new boyfriend." I cut mum off as she stared at me.
"what?" Billy asked
"yeah, and he's name was?" I said raising an eyebrow at mum...

"Patrick Bullow..." she said as she stuttered the words,
"WHAT? NOT HIM." I shouted.
"oh come on Elizabeth, he's not that bad." mum replied, I started to shout.
"HE IS SO MEAN, NOT TO MENTION, oh how do I put this, hhmmm let me think, RUDE!"
"Elizabeth just give him a chance!" mum shouted as I left to go and get my stuff.
My mum let out a big sigh while I was marching towards the car.

'I can't believe she could do this to us' I thought, I collected my stuff from the car and head towards the front door then suddenly...I heard crying coming from the forest just behind our house, I put the box down and went to go and check who it was crying in the forest.

"hello?" I yell...
"is anyone here?" I ask, the crying gets louder as walk forward, then from a distance, I see, a little girl sitting on a log just crying...
"umm are you all right?" I say as I walk towards her.
She suddenly stops crying and starts...laughing.
"uh, what is a girl like you doing here?" I stutter, she starts laughing even louder.
"hey listen to me, I'm talking to you!" as I say with a bit of anger and I pull her around and scream as I fall to the ground, afraid to look up at her, because what I saw was terrifying.

Her hair was red, and her dress was covered in...blood, and her eyes are what scared me the most, they were white as milk and they had, blood dripping down her cheeks...
"wh-who are y-you?" I ask with fright... She starts laughing even louder...
"you have trespassed, and now their here." the girl said
"who's here?" I ask
"the spirits who walk this land, and now...their coming, their coming for you Elizabeth, and once they come, then it will be to late to turn back..." the girl said
"what do you mean it will be to late.?" I ask
"exactly what it sounds like."
And she starts laughing then walks off into the mist. I stand up, to frighten to walk away, then I hear whispering that was saying, 'there coming for you, there coming for you.' over and over again, I start to run as fast as I can.

I keep hearing someone laughing, then I stop, and look around, I think I lost them... I turn back round to go home then there was that girl then... She screamed so loud and she shoved right through me, causing me to faint...
