The Loner And I

chapter 4: unexpected valentines

There's a knock on the classroom door,we all turn our heads.
After the awkward hug yesterday with the loner we headed back to the class. My friends asked me these following questions...

'' what happened?''

''Is there something going on with you two?''

''What did they make you do?''

It was like if they were trying to crack a nut by asking questions

''Can I pass out these candy grams?'' Said a guy with blond hair with the candy grams.

''Sure but make it fast.'' Mrs. Ellis said snapping her fingers

I watched as Blondy walked up to alex and gave him a bag 'saying they must love you'

I forgot that I filled one for alex that said ' this was a dare'  with a candy in there

Blondy walked up  to me and gave me a bag too.

The whistle blew we lined up to trade classes which we go to math class now,Mrs. Salamander class goes to history and Mrs. Roberts goes to language which is the worst class.

I walked in the classroom and the seats are different they are no longer in square groups they are now rows.

''Class I will pair you up in rows. But I will group you all by how you think.'' Says Mrs. Roberts. Mrs. Roberts is the nice,cool teacher that doesnt care if you chew gum in class, has glasses,blond hair,and blue eyes.

I look at my friends. I think we will all be in the same row. 8 chairs and 3 rows.

''First row are the people who scored the highest on the test we took last week. Alex, isabella, zoie,xiomara,angie, Noah, riley and... Abbi.'' NO abbi in my group! She is gonna ruin everything! She's gonna sit behind riley. Crap.

We sit in our assign seat.

First Alex

Me behind him

Zoie behind me

Xiomara behind zoie

Angie behind xiomara

Noah behind angie

Riley behind Noah

And

Abbi behind riley.

While Mrs. Roberts is assigning the other students seats I start talking to zoie

''Do you see that nasty little bee over there, she's gonna ruin everything now.'' I hiss and point to abbi. Zoie making contact with abbi and glare at her.

''She's gonna probably try and take riley away from you.'' My blood boils I swear if she tries I'm gonna punch her in the face, riley has been my best friend since we were baby he means a lot to me and I can't let abbi ruin my relation ship with riley. I've had enough of their on and off relation ship its just so stupid that they do that.

If he dumps me to date her again then I'm done being his friend I had to deal with it since like third grade and I'm just a third wheel when I'm hanging out with riley.

''If he dumps me for her I'm done being his friend, its stupid for me to be a third wheel when I hang out with him.'' I tell zoie

''Isabella.'' I hear the familiar voice. I whip my head to look at the loner and he has a smile on his face.

''You did give me a candy gram. Its in my hand.'' I look at the loaners' palm and I see that he does have the candy gram I gave him.

'' how many candy grams did you get?'' I ask him I feel pretty confident that he got more than me cuz the whole sixth grade girls like him but I don't like him it was for my friends.
