Chapter 1: Flowey or..Chara?

Frisk opened her eyes. To see the farmelar light of the hole shining down on her. She could feel the farmelar, soft flowers underneath her. Frisk smiled.

She sat up and looked down. Expecting to see the yellow flowers, she would normally see. But instead, they were red. What happened? Did the world change? No, it couldn't have. Just because the flowers changed, doesn't mean the world did to. Right? I mean nothing happened when she normally reset. So, why would it now?

Frisk got up from the red flowers and walked to the door where she would normally meet Flowey and Toriel. She looked in the room first to see if nothing else had changed, and it did! Instead of a lonely yellow flower, it was a lonely red flower.

It turned. "Greetings." the flower said, in a chilling farmelar tone.

Frisk, though afraid, walked into the room.

"I am Chara." the flower said. "And you are?"

"F-frisk." she answered, already knowing it was Chara. Not just because of the voice. But the face.

"Hmm...I don't remember seeing you. So, you must be new to the UNDERGROUND."

Frisk worriedly nodded.

"Then gee, Frisk, you must be confused. But don't worry! I'll teach you how things work around here! Ready?"

Frisk still afraid, nodded.

"Then here we go!" Chara called out.

And with that the room turned blank and white, like it normally would when inuring a battle, and Frisk's soul appeared infront of her chest. 

"See the heart? That is your SOUL, the very culmination of being. It starts off weak, grows strong if you gain a lot of LV."

Frisk, of curse knew what "LV" meant.

"What does that mean? Why, it means LOVE! Do you want some?"

Frisk knew that the "love", really was. She wanted to say no. Because it was something that could hurt her and the others around her.

But before she could say anything, Chara spoke up again.

"Don't worry. I'll share some." she said as white seeds started to flout above her. "Down here LOVE is shared through "friendliness pellets." You ready?" she asked again.

This time Frisk readied herself and nodded.

"Ok! Move around get as many as you possibly can!" Chara said before sending them out.

Even though Frisk knew what would happen, she did what the red flower told her and got as many as she could. Witch hurt her soul, making it go to one heath.

A terrifying smile, more terrifying then Flowey's, went across Chara's face.

"YOU FOOL. In this world it's killed or be killed. Why would I pass up an opportunity like this?!" Chara said, then she made the seeds go around Frisk. "DIE." she started to laugh. They got closer and closer to Frisk. And even though she knew what would happen, she still was terrified.

They soon got really close in, but then her heath went up and the "friendliness pellets" went away. Then a bone heit Chara and sent her flying with an "EaaH!"

"A bone?" thought Frisk, looking to the side where it flew to.
