"Chaos is only caused by whom that calls upon it..."
————————————————The day was blistering hot, students rushed out of the school quickly. Most were in groups, chattering away about random topics. Others were on their phones, texting or playing some kind of game. There was one student who sat on top of the school roof. He stared at the people below, his uniform messed up from the rough day.
This student goes by the name Niku Sanada. His skin was a light brown, his eyes were a light pink, his hair only being a few shades darker than his eyes. His attention shifted from the other students to his phone. The touch screen lit up as he received a text.
"Meet me in front of the school." he read the message out loud to himself. A light sigh was released as he stood up. He got up from his spot and started to walk away, but became face to face with his friend.
"How did you know I was up here?" Niku tilted his head to the side a bit.
The girl standing in front of him smirked "Niku, I know you like the back of my hand. Plus anyways, if you're not in front of the school, you're up here."
"I guess you're right, Tsuki." He fixed his 'X' shaped hair binders and his lime green glasses. He chuckled, making his dorky smile show "So what's up?".
"Well," Tsuki scratched her hand, out of a nervous tick "I want you to join the S.T."
Niku rolled his eyes "I don't want to join you guys. Last thing I need is more work."
"I knew you going to say that.." She stopped scratching her hand and handed him a card. "Just come check try outs this saturday! Please?" She asked in her trademark whiny tone.
"Fine, whatever." He hugged her, "Plus why do you want me exactly?"
Tsuki picked him up, since Niku was only a inch or two shorter than her. "That's such a stupid question!" She giggled.
"Wait it's a serious question!" He kicked his feet from being in the air. After Tsuki sets him down, he brushed himself off..
She pouted "Because you're my closest friend. You don't tan gout with me just because I'm popular."
"I guess you're right." He slipped the letter into his left pocket. "I'm going to head home." His vision became slightly blurry from the heat getting to him.
"Alright, be safe ok?" She hugged him tightly, before going back to the access leader a few feet away from them.
"No promise.." He sighed and sat back down to watch the sun go down a bit.
After a hour he started to walk home. He bumped into a few other students and some random city people on the way. That wasn't unlikely since Grand Sol City was always busy.
Niku stooped and looked up at the visible moon in the sky. Something seemed off to him, as if the atmosphere was slowly changing. He continued walking back to his home. It didn't take that long to reach the door steps of the apartment he lived in. He opened the door, closing it behind himself.
A shiver went down his spine as he slid of his shoes. He sat at the door step for awhile, the plastic card in his pocket pressed against his leg. "Why does she want a powerless idiot.." He mumbled to himself.
He took the card from his pocket. He saw that there was a 'Signature here' followed by a line on the back of it. He took a pen out from his backpack, he hand trembled as he pressed the pen tip against the card.
Niku wrote his full name 'Naikua Kiya' in the blank. Immediately there was a blinding light. He completely blacked out afterwards. Little did he know he's destiny will be changed forever.
