"Im dead.Aren't you too?"

You had started living in the underground a couple of days ago.You were amazed at how food made of magic kept your hunger at bay so good.Most monsters thought you were a human,until they felt how..Cold you were.You were somewhere more untouched by monsters,more deserted.Like some hiding spot.You sat on a rock,sighing.You sadden a bit,thinking of the days when your hair was still (hair color),not black.And when your skin wasn't a gray and white blend of color.Your once (eye color) were now Red like blood.Your ears were now slightly pointy,and you had different tastes from when you were still human."HUMAN?WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?"Papyrus says from behind you as you jump slightly."P-Papyrus?" you turn. "You scared me,buddy." You say,with a smile on your face.Papyrus made you forget your worries most of the time.

Papyrus seemed a bit worried."HUMAN?YOU SEEM A LOT MORE PALE TODAY."He asks with concern in his voice. "I-Im fine,Papyrus." You kept up the charade of pretending to be a human so you wouldn't break Papyrus' hopes and dreams.Papyrus smiles."IM GLAD,HUMAN! NOW,SHALL WE TRAIN?I WANT TO BE READY FOR WHEN I WILL TRAIN SOME WITH UNDYNE ASWELL!" Papyrus exclaims with joy. "Sure Paps." Papyrus casually sent bone attacks at you. You,of course would send attacks at him too,but made sure they always missed him.Soon after you two finished training,he said his goodbyes and started walking away.You murmur,"Im dead. Aren't you too?" You then sigh,and sit back on that rock.

[Papyrus' PoV]

"Im dead.Aren't you too?" I hear the human say.I wonder what they meant by that,as i make my way to Undyne's house.Soon after i arrived,we started talking and training,like we usually did.Then i say, "UNDYNE,THE HUMAN SAID SOMETHING..WEIRD TODAY." She replies with,"What did that punk say?" I continiue."THEY SAID SOMETHING LIKE..'IM DEAD.AREN'T YOU TOO?' OR SOMETHING." I finish.Undyne's face changes a bit,into a slightly sad one.Her expression dosen't change,as she comes closer."Look,Papyrus..." She starts. "(Y/n) [Your name] isn't...a human.He's a vampire." She finishes.My expression changes into one of shock,as some of the puzzle pieces finnaly fit in place.The sharp fangs,his cold hands,his red eyes,the pale skin,the slightly pointy ears."I-I FINNALY UNDERSTAND!I'VE BEEN SO BLIND!THEY MUST BE SO LONELY!I SHALL GO AND.." I train off. "And?" Undyne asks,a little curious.I remember our date,and the lie i had to say about not liking him back. "...AND CONFESS MY LOVE!" I exclaim as Undyne's eyes widen a bit.She'd try to say something,but i was already storming off with excitement.

[Your PoV]

You were walking trough the forest,hands in your pockets.You hear something running towards you,but just as you were about to run,it tackled you."HU--(Y/N)!I HAVE COME TO TELL YOU THAT YOU DONT NEED TO HIDE IT FROM ME ANYMORE!" Papyrus,who utterly almost killed you a second time,exclaimed with cheer."S-Secret?What secret?" You ask,your cheeks reddening with magic,since you're dead and blood dosen't really flow anymore."THAT YOU AREN'T HUMAN,OF COURSE!"Your face seems to go even more pale than it is,as Papyrus gets up,with you in his arms."(Y/N)!I NEED TO CONFESS SOMETHING TO YOU."Papyrus exclaims. "..What is it?" you say,thinking he wouldn't want to be friends with you now that he found out you're not human anymore. "I LIED.I LIED ABOUT NOT LIKING YOU BACK.I DO LIKE YOU!NO,I LOVE YOU!" he hugs you tight,even though you're still in his arms."You..do?" You ask,a bit unsure. "THIS WILL PROVE THAT I AM NOT LYING!" Papyrus seemed a lot more cheerful,as he seemed to gently bonk his teeth against your lips.

No one could blame him for that,since he's a skeleton.Your face slowly got redder and redder,as he pulled back. "WAS THAT ENOUGH TO PROVE?" Papyrus said,seeming a lot more confident. "Y-Yes!I-I mean,wh-whatever.." You tried remaining calm,as he started carrying you away.Sans in the distance was giving you a thumbs up.You stuck your tongue out at him,and he seemed to chuckle.

You feel more alive than before.
