                                                                            Prologue:

“I don’t want you going out this late at night Josie, it isn’t safe” my mom spoke, standing up from her chair and making her way over to me.

“Mom I’ll be home before midnight, I promise” I sighed running my fingers through my silky blonde hair.

“You know how it is in this part of town Josalie, I don’t want you getting hurt” she whisper/yelled handing me a pocket knife “Be safe” she said.

“I’ll be careful, love you” I told her.

“Tell me that when you come back” mom said before kissing my forehead and letting me leave.

I decided to take a stroll along the beach.

I was walking on the wet part of the sand when I heard a loud screeching sound I looked around to see what it was and spotted a white van speed along the road, it stopped about a quarter mile ahead I felt a little uncomfortable considering I was the only person on the beach, I looked at my phone to check the time, 11:11, it read. I looked up and saw a fairly handsome looking man standing in front of me. I gasped at how fast he got there and looked around in shock only to feel an excruciating sting in my forearm and the last thing I heard was whispering in my ear “Make a wish”
