Thanks so much guys ! I never knew I would get 61 reads on this book :'D It really means a lot to me. THANKS once again(:

"Wakey wakey" Lily's voice whispered in my ears.

"Not now Lily, let me sleep" I said pushing her off me.

"hewcfunsjncus" she mumbled something in her baby language.

"Mom ! I scream, completely annoyed by my little sister's actions. I mean seriously kids can be so annoying. Yeah, yeah I know what your going to say, how can you even say that, they're so adorable and lalalaala. Okay fine they are cute but you don't understand how annoying they are until you have your own.

"Yes hunni?" I heard my mom asking me from the kitchen.

"Lily is not letting me sleep ! I yell, even more annoyed than before. A girl needs her beauty sleep you know.

"Lily stop its not even funny any more" I say glaring into her brown eyes, trying to look as threatening as possible. Its really hard you know, being angry with her I mean. Just look at her, isn't she just so adorable and I'm not what you can call mean. Its just that I love sleeping, especially in the afternoons and hate it when someone disturbs me ! And anyway why is she gigling so much? Its not like she can understand what we're saying and besides she's only two! This kid is smart I tell you.

I heard my mom's footsteps as she came towards my room.

"Now what were you saying Nicole?" She inquires me piercing her grey eyes into mine. Even though she may not be that young any more she was still gorgeous. Once upon a time she used to be NYC's top fasion designer, I mean she's still a designer and all but she had to leave her job when Lily came. She was totally an unexpected child, yeah you must have noticed our age difference. I'm seventeen and she's only two. My mom decided it was the right thing to do, giving birth to Lily I mean. She thought it would benifit me since I was the only child and all and I truly love her for making such a big sacrifice for me, giving up her job and stuff but sometimes that kid can just annoy the crap out of you.

"Lily woke me up" I answered, crossing my arms together and pouting at her.

"Lily what did I tell you about not going into your sister's room while she's sleeping?" My mom said lifting her in her arms.

"Sorry" she mumbled something, making the cutest puppy dog face I had ever seen. Its not fair. She's bound to win if she looks this cute !

"Aww, look at her! Aren't you a cute lil thing?" I heard my mom say as she pulled her cheeks.

"Whatever" I mutter to myself. I knew this was going to happen.

And now since Lily woke me up I don't think I can back to sleep again. Shit ! I swore as I hear my phone ring. I looked into the caller id to check who it was, like I expected it was Jason.

"Hey Mickey ! What's up?" I said managing to get some words out of my mouth.

"Nothing I'm bored. Come over !" he whined like a baby.

"Be there in five" I replied, hanging up and slipping my blackberry back into my pocket.

Jason lived really close by so we basically spend the whole day together. I knew him since I was 5 when he first moved here. He had been my best friend ever since, and I could trust him with my life. He was and still is my only friend in school. Its not that no one wanted to be our friend, we just didn't need them. I mean I interact with everyone else and all its just that I didn't give any of them a chance like Jason. And I'm not really a good socializer so it gets kinda hard. Besides I'm content, I have a great family and the bestest friend anyone could wish for so why bother? Oh and not to forget, Justin. I may have spent my whole life with Jason but I could not talk with him as freely as I did with Justin because there was not any probability of me ever meeting him so I could tell him anything, it wouldn't matter. But no one could ever care about me more than Jason, he was the sweetest guy I had ever met and I'm pretty sure I couldn't survive a day without him.
