N. O. C. T.

Necessary Order of Chaos Tribunal

We are the Chaos.

We are that which lies between the Light and Dark.

None shall oppose us. Those that dare shall be dealt with.

There are but few Laws that N.O.C.T. must follow

1. Thou shalt Serve, in Body and Spirit.

2. We exist to observe, and pass judgement upon the lesser beings.

3. None shall defy our Judgement, or they shall perish.

4. We are tasked to Judge those that Defy the Laws of Order and Chaos.

5. Emotions are required to pass Judgement. Do not allow them to be inhibited.

6. The Light and the Dark are two sides of the same coin. Allow neither to gain advantage.

7. Do not interfere with another's Judgements

8. Any failure to abide by these Laws shall result in the Judgement of the individual that broke their oath.

9. The orders of the Highest shall reign absolute.

10. The highest ranking of the N.O.C.T. shall take on the identity of one of the High Powers of Life and Death.

11. The N.O.C.T. shall be controlled by no other Laws.

Let all that come to Serve, be Served.

Let all that come for War, find War.

Let those that yearn for Peace, gain Peace.

Let those that bring Hate, be Hated by all.

And let those that take their Power, be the first to Fall.
