Nizey stepped through the door, staring angrily at everyone gathered in the room. "N..Nizey.. you're.. the traitor?" Sayuri asked on the brink of tears. "It should have been pretty obvious, why else would my corpse be missing the head and hand? Then again I suppose you were never the most perceptive bunch; always a level below me" he sneered in response. Kalo and Maddie smiled menacingly whilst watching the drama unfold, "everything you did we knew about, making him vice-chairman only made our work easier." Maddie  said with a smirk. "Why betray us? Why side with them? What was our friendship, what were you and Sayuri?" Juvi asked with a hint of bewilderment at the revelation Nizey was the traitor. " it was Mukuro, she made me see the world didn't deserve to be saved. That the world should simply be destroyed; life is worthless and unmerited. We were never friends, your foundation always stood in my way." Nizey said in response without a hint of emotion. Kalo laughed in satisfaction at the forlorn faces of the foundation members until he was interrupted by Nizey. "And you idiots are even worse!" Nizey cried out in anger " when were you ever the one in control ? Without me to lead you, we wouldn't have even made it this far!  You're not fit to replace her and you never will be. Crawl away and die maggots! I can do this on my own." Kalo was taken aback at the sudden outburst by Nizey before he gave his own angry retort " the poor lovesick puppy finally learned to bark then." Before Maddie added " I didn't know brainwashing caused such childish angst" with a sense of satisfaction at her insult. Nizey draw a revolver from his pocket, "this game is over now. You're all beyond your use to me, goodbye" he said loading bullets into the chamber. Kalo tried to surprise Nizey whilst he was turned towards the foundation members and disable him using pressure points but Nizey was able to block and landed a powerful punch directly to Kalo's stomach. With the momentary distraction Blake pulled a throwing star from his pocket and launched it at Nizey bidding everyone to run as he did so, Sayuri was still in shock that Nizey had disowned her and revealed that their love was all a lie; only the intervention of cadence in dragging her behind got her to move. Nizey dodged the star nonchalantly but opted not to shoot at the escaping foundation members, maddie meanwhile had made her own escape. Nizey turned to Kalo, " you're lucky, you get to feel the despair only certain death can bring.  You'll even get to see mukuro again, you don't even deserve the honour." He said taking aim, Kalo was breathing heavily having been winded by the punch to his stomach. " .. well.... you're lucky.. you...lied... and ...replaced.. her with another girl." He said gasping for breath, Nizey didn't hesitate to shoot, a single bullet fired with pinpoint accuracy straight into his heart killing him instantly. Nizey threw the gun to the floor in anger, even with his dying breath Kalo had frustrated him.

Blake led the others to the conference room and attempted to barricade the room until they could find a way to deal with Nizey. Sayuri sat in the corner hugging her knees fighting back tears, she had devoted a lot of her life and time with Nizey; he had been the only reason she had been able to get through all the trials of trying to stamp out ultimate despair, and now it turned out that he had been one of them all along and their whole relationship had been a lie. Sayuri felt desolate, devoid of any interest in what was going on; getting out of here no longer mattered to her. Whilst the foundation members were trying to protect themselves, Maddie was running through the corridors trying to escape Nizey. As she sprinted along she thought of how she had gotten involved in ultimate despair, the power she felt as she fell further and further into despair, the joy she felt as she saw others suffer from despair in their final moments and how much she had enjoyed watching the foundation members die one by one . Maddie stopped just short of the crater the Great Gozu had created during the final killing game, barely able to avoid falling inside it. As she turned around to change direction she ran directly into Nizey, his body dwarfing her minuscule frame, Maddie stared at him intensely; there was murder in his eyes but the same could be said of her, if only the situation permitted it. "Maddie, the successor to Junko's crown, a failure no better than Monaka." Nizey said shaking his head. " and you Nizey? All you had to do was murder people who were already unconscious and yet you still failed nonetheless , we had to do your job for you!" She screamed at him angrily. Nizey tensed his hand in frustration, "you fell for that stupid actress girl and you know it!" Maddie added taunting him. Nizey cried out in anger, "enough!" He shouted before angrily lashing out at Maddie, kicking her down the crater. She struck the ground with a frighteningly loud crash. Nizey looked down at her motionless body sitting in a pool of blood; Her skull had been broken on impact, if she wasn't dead already the blood loss would kill her well before anybody could save her. Nizey sneered, he was the final member of ultimate despair standing, just as he wanted. Now he would fulfil his purpose of destroying the world once and for all alone.
