SUMMARY
Grace O'Conner has been lonely since her parents both left. Her father being never there and her mother passing away. She then spent two years more along when her brother, Brian, gets sent to Juvie.
Later, her brother become free of juvie but joins the Police Department. It meant no harm for Grace expect the fact that she doesn't see him much.
Brian gets involved in street racing as an undercover cop without Grace knowing. One day, Grace was curious as to what her brother has been up to for the last couple of weeks. So she follows him where he takes her to a street race.
Grace becomes astonished and amazed by the new atmosphere and grows fond of it. She meets Letty there who rather liked Grace because of her tough attitude.
Grace meets the rest of the family and starts a liking for them along her brother. But what Grace didn't know was that Brian was undercover.
