My grandpa died earlier today.
He's been unresponsive for five days now, and we've known its been getting close for a while now.
When I went to go see a movie with a friend yesterday, apparently they decided it would be today or tomorrow.
I was at their house for awhile, but my mom took me home because she wanted me to be more comfortable. I realize now that she didn't want me to see him die.
Because my mom and dad are divorced (I haven't seen my dad since I was three), and I'm an only child, my grandpa was the only really prominent male figure in my life when I was younger. So we were really close.
I most likely won't be on here for a while, so I'm not going to see people updates and stuff.
For my IRL friends, I won't be at school this week.
Sorry to kind of rant, but I wanted to let you guys know.
