He lowered the tiny being down upon the miniature circular platform, his hand gentle as to not harm the being. The being seemed to crawl of out his hand, the being's genitals rubbing across his clawed hand as they fell with a soft thump upon the aluminum circle.

The being lifted it's fur-topped head, it's dark brown eyes glinting softly in the dim light of the pale lighted lamp poised above like a sun. The being's eyes met his.

He could feel the tiny feathers spread across his body lift, his shortly-feathered tipped tail waved around his legs in a sort of graceful manner.

"Ph..phh.." the being seemed to sound, it's lips and tongue moving seemingly in sync. It continued to stare at him, it's beady little eyes full of curiosity and wonder.

"Phaaan...Paaaaan.."

He let out a soft sigh.

"Paaaangjheee...?"

"Paanjeee?"

His pine shaded eyes widened in a newfound curiosity. So the formula had worked...

The formula deemed to be used by gods to create the great novicans of now had worked..

The very formula used to give birth to sentient life.

"Panjgeee? Panhee?"

His beak lowered. They'd never make it. They'd never learn...

He lifted a small glass dome to his right, and slowly placed it over the being, encasing them in a sort of display/storage casing.

He stood from his Moltoa Leaf-Laced seat, his head hung low in defeat as he strode away into the depths of the darkness.

"Paaaangeeeaa. Pangeeaaa! Pangeaa! Pangea!!!" the being seemed to call as the metal doors slid open.

He froze.

"Pangea!!!"

Maybe they did have a chance.
