Jungkook's POV

"So, do you live alone?" Lisa blurted out that made me feel sad. Made me remember the pain. "My dad died 'cause of a heart attack when I was 9 and my mom died 'cause of a car crash a month after." I said while looking at the sky. "Oh... I'm sorry to hear that. I shouldn't have asked." Lisa said with guilt in her voice. "Its okay. I know they are okay up there in heaven." I said while looking up at the sky and smiling.  "What about you? Do you live alone?" I asked her. "Well, no. I live with two of my best friends." She answered. "What about your family?" I asked her. "My family is in Thailand." She answered with a hint of sadness and longing in her eyes. "But I visit them often." She added, trying to cheer herself up.

I continued to stare at her then at the sky. 'Mom, Dad, is this the guardian angel you sent for me? If so, thank you. I enjoy her company. She makes me feel... Well... Me.' I thought while continuing to look at the sky and smiling.

"Kookie? Your food is getting cold." Lisa said to me. "Oh right!" I said and stuffed myself with the food.

After eating and talking a bit more, we decided to go to the park. "After all you've been through, how do you manage to stay strong?" She asked me. "I make the people important to me as my inspiration to live. Without them, I'd not last a day." I answered with a light chuckle. "You know what? It's only been a day that we hung out but it seems like I knew you for a long time. Honestly, I feel comfortable around you." Lisa said to me. "I feel the same way." I said and looked at her. Not realizing that she was looking at me too.

At that moment, I felt something. Something I didn't feel for a long time ever since my parents died.
