This is my first book be nice with the criticism. This story is mainly about a girls school life friends and bullies. Also a first love and heart break please enjoy it :D

Prologue

My name is Ginny and of course I have red hair. I'm 15 and in my first year of high school in Iowa p.s I'm a total nerd and love the Big Bang theory and want to be an musician.

(Ps this a total sappy novel kind of based on my own life please enjoy ;D)

Chapter one

The announcement

I walked down the hall way slowly. A few people chuckling beside me as a walked by looking down. Ever since I was in 3rd grade kids have made fun of me calling me ginger snap or the ginger bread man ( I hated that book it was the scource of so much teasing as a child.)

As I opened my locker. A note fell out as I read it two catty girls laughed behind me. The note read " go die u little ginger freak" . I crumpled the note and threw it a way. As I walked by I snorted at them. When I saw there disgusted faces I couldn't help but chuckle a bit. I was used to this sort of thing. It happened on a daily bases.

On the way I bumped into one of my only good friends Catherine. She and me both loved converse sneakers,comic books and most of all classic rock!

We headed to our first class. MATH. So boring. I thought I was gonna die. Our teacher mr. Lith was talking about some algebra equation. Then he said "now for surprise treat, this Friday were having a school dance." Everyone else was so shocked, even Catherine let out a little squeal of excitement. I just thought" great another excuse to get lead on then having no one ask me. This time I'll just go alone"

Chapter 2

New friend

Ginny's pov

As i walked to get my back pack from my locker I saw a kid surrounded by some jocks. As I walked over I saw the boy saying "please stop, please!" I suddenly felt angry. I saw the foot ball captain or (jock heads as I call them) pull back his fist ready to punch! I jumped in front if the nerdy boy a took a hard hit to the stomach.

His friend said "oh crap Nate you hit a girl" ,"shit"Cried lead jock head (or Nate which ever you prefer ) "oh it's just that ginger tom boy, you didn't hit a real girl, I mean look at that flat chest" he chuckled. I got so angry, I punched that kid right in the face. He fell over and didn't move. "Now you've done it, you're gonna pay sweet heart. I slapped Nate so hard he let out a little girly squeal.

I said" what a manly voice" then laughed a bit. Nate yelled "get um boys" I grabbed the boy behind me and yelled "RUN!"

We sprinted through the school and finally to my secret hiding place no one else knew about. It was an old unused stair case behind the lunch room. "We Lost the jock heads" I said with a smile. The kid looked up to me with a look of astoundment on his face and "what the hell" he laughed "you just fought and outrun 8 jocks for a random kid"

I laughed and said "thanks" we both just sat there laughing and panting. Until I said "I need to get home uhh what's your name" he smiled and said "its tony what's yours."

"Ginny" I smiled. He smiled and said"like the girl from Harry potter! I love those books" we grinned and I said "bye" aquwardly. then he grabbed my sleeve and said" do you want to go to the dance with me" I shrugged at him and said "sure why not" then left
