The Dark Rituals 3 (brothers return)

chapter 5: The battle continues

The fire spreads a very wide range burning the ground and a few trees it hit then without a warning the ground in front of him rising up and creates a wall.

"Hump cute but that won't protect you forever will it?" i ask him as I continue to burn the wall in front of him. Joe jumps high in the air and sends a huge blast of electricity at me, I then switch from using fire to making a shield to deflect the lightning. His attack is powerful it seems they taught him how to use his powers better or the demon could be making him do it. I have power too and i'll show him it! The energy around me quickly forms a red disc made of pure energy. My brother hovers in high in the air and looks down at me looking somewhat surprised.

"You've got a clean energy disc I’m slightly surprised but you're not as powerful as me so don't get over confident," hatred is in his voice that isn't my brother I hear that's the demon I hear. Where is Yakamosie? I could really use his help right now, no this is my fight I must finish this. The demon is what I’m worried about the last time I tried to remove the demon I was unable to pull it out of his body, I can handle it this time though I’m stronger this time,

"You will NOT win this battle!" I sent a huge amount of electricity at Joe with all my rage. That was pointless because he created a shield that absorbed the blast.

"That was not so smart brother I can absorb energy easily so shooting lighting at me won't do anything," he explained. I can see now that fighting in hand to hand combat is the only option. Just as if Joe read my mind he flies straight at me and lands in front of me. 
“Look around you brother the nights have given us a little bit of space to fight," he explained as I looked around to see that what he is talking about and he is right. The area is like an arena without an audience. Joe flies at me with an energy sword, I dodge it and hit him in the back. He's fast faster than before in that case I better be extra careful now. His power is power is much stronger than before I have a bad feeling about fighting him. We continued to fight using fast attacks and straights to defeat each other. I can sense someone here who is very powerful and dangerous they are nowhere near me but there energy is strong. Joe jumps back and says “Don’t get distracted little brother for your fight is with me!" he said as he launches himself at me with ready for his next attack.

I grab is electric hand and hit him in the face causing his nose to bleed. He takes a few steps back and I begin to punch him more and more letting out my anger as I do so. Suddenly I can sense his power overflow throughout his body, his power and strength rise. The expression on his face tells me he is angry which is not good. Joe raises his right hand and a huge black beam with red streaks mixed in with it come shooting out of his hand. There is nothing I can right now to get away from the blast it's too fast for me to dodge it and too powerful to absorb it. Now blocking the beam is an option but it would just break my shield and that would be pointless. "FRANK MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" I hear Yakamosie yell as he pushes me out of the way of the beam.

We crash head on into a tree crushing it into pieces. My ribs and head sting like crazy and i'm coughing a bit i was not ready for that to happen. Yakamosie is painting too as he recovers from hitting the tree. "Frank you have to beat him soon our knights are falling, some are getting tired too quickly" he tells me. "Please tell me you have a plan other that beating him with your powers?"

"I do please let me finish this battle on my own he is my brother after all," I answer as I look at my brother. Yakamosie just stands there for a minute with his eyes close then he looks and me.

"As you wish Frank. Whatever you do don't lose," that said he jumps away and jumps into a fight with a black knight.

"I will," i told myself. Joe jumps down in front of me and gives me an evil smile. It's time for this battle to get serious I have to save him I just have to. We walk towards each other slowly moving faster until we start running. We both create lighting around our hands and get ready to clash them together.

Frank you should know that the technique you keep using is known as imagination lighting. Yakamosie says in my head. What kind of name is "Imagination lighting" and who thought of that? It doesn't matter at least now I know what this "technique" is called. Just before we clashed I shouted "Imagination lighting!” just as I said that the lighting around my hand amplified it was almost too much for me to handle. Then out hands clashed and as a huge shock wave emerged from our hands and the dirt below us raised up around is. Electricity went everyone and hit anyone who got to close. As I look at my brother I don't recognize him, this isn't my brother i'm fighting. Inside my brothers mind I know he's is fighting for control over his body but this demon has full control. Finally the electricity explodes and makes a shock wave and pushes us back I land on my feet and get pushed back a bit.

Joe got knocked on his back and pushed into a tree he quickly stands up and jumps towards me. I look him and then slowly walk to him. He gives me an evil smile and says "now you're getting serious this will be fun," Just as I began to move the ground between Joe and I exploded and knights from both sides of the war jump in the center and start fighting us. Why are they interrupting our fight?! As i fought a few black knights I finally relies how dumb I am. We are fighting in a war so of course other knights are going to fight us.

One of the knights tries to punch me in the face but I block it and quickly hit him in the ribs and uppercut him breaking some of his teeth. As i fight these nights I notice my brother is having a bit of fun beating his group of knights and making a bloody scene. It's different to see him fight because I’ve never seen him fight anyone. I only know how he fights from when we fight. I take the other two knights down and run towards my brothers. I have to end this fight now. Joe brutally kills the group of knights that attacked him. As I move towards him he gives me a familiar look that I’ll never forget, the face that tells me he is going to beat me to death.

We collide again this time he punches me in the stomach knocking the air out of me. He can really punch hard i'm surprised. I managed to punch him in the face and block his next attack, he is fast and powerful. If i keep using imagination lighting against him should be an advantage to me, although using the imagination lighting really hurts my hands when I use it. My hand is still a bit numb now from my last attack.  "If we are not going to have a good fight then I might as well kill you" he said while making lighting around his right hand. ( The lighting around Joe's hand is not imaginatin lighting, it's just lighting) He attacks me fast almost too fast for me to block, But I do block his attack. At that moment we began to hit each other fast.
