Ramen is my only escape

Tentens POV

Those jerks just had to ruin today for me. I really wanted to try out my new kunai as well. I haven't cried in a long time. Last time I cried when in my genin years when We were ambushed and I got a kunai stuck in the side of my ribs, which hurt a lot but even then I only cried for like a minute. I've been crying since I yelled at those idiots down at the training grounds, that was 5 minutes ago.

I'm barely noticed nowadays. Neji is always so busy with his work as a jounin now. Me and him use to always spar together and I loved every moment, even if I lost every match. Then there's Lee....It's obvious why I don't hang out with him so much, he's like an annoying little brother.

All this crying was making me hungry,  but I could only afford some Ramen down at Ichirakus. I quickly stop myself from my embarrassing rampage and head over to Ichirakus, Thankfully no one was there yet.

"One cup of pork Ramen please"

"Coming right up!"

I never really went here a lot but now I know why...As I ordered a blonde ninja came right up and ordered something

"Oh hey tenten, You eat here too?" Said Naruto, the hyperactive knucklehead ninja, but to my surprise he wasn't alone, Hinata was there as well. I was so proud she finally was able to talk to naruto.

"Hey Hinata!" I said, basically ignoring narutos question

"H-hey Tenten, What's got you here?"

"You're stupid cousin and bushy brows" She covered her mouth when she said that. She was okay with calling Neji stupid, but Lee bushy brows? That was enough to let her know she was going crazy.

"What did those two do now?" Naruto questioned.

"It took me up to now to realize there both the biggest Idiots I've ever met. They take all the way till now to notice me and actually talk to me."

"Im glad I'm not on your team Tenten" Naruto just should have kept his mouth shut because after that Tenten slapped him and told him to never speak of them like that.  She may be mad at them, But she wasn't gonna let some big shot talk even though one of his teamates ran away just to hunt down his brother.

"Tenten T-they mean no harm, especially Neji, I would know, he just...well...doesn't know how to talk to girls, and I H-honestly doubt that L-lee does either." Hinata was trying to defend her cousin, she knew his secret and wanted to help him as much as possible. She knew what it was like to be so close to love, yet so far away. She turned to naruto which the idiot basically tried to smile while eating ramen. Not a pretty sight.

"But they didn't even take the time of day to ask me about my day in..hm..I don't even know how long. It was that long."

"Give Them some time, I'm sure they'll come around." Naruto tried to help but he never realized he makes almost everything worse.

As he was saying that Neji and Lee went right up to Tenten and took a seat.

"Listen Tenten, we're sorry, if it helps we think you look like a cute panda". This just proved that Hinata was right. Neji had no clue on how to talk to girls.

Tenten put her money on the table and quickly got up. She wanted them to apologize but that was the worse apology she's ever heard. She quickly left leaving Lee and Neji in a cloud of dust.

Narutos POV

"Neji that was the worse apology ever. Lee you didn't say anything" I knew I was being super helpful.

"Ugh what does she want from us??!" Lee said, he obviously didn't know a clue about girls.

"How about you try having a sorry party, you know, Then have a big time apology ready. Surely she'll have to accept it."I was so smart sometimes, What would konoha do without me.

"Naruto you're a genius!" Neji yelled

I knew I was. I ordered a special takeout treat for me and Hinata.

"You know Hinata, we should hang out more, I like hanging out with you". She turned so red she looked like a tomato. Maybe that ramen got her sick, But making sure is always a good plan

"Are you feeling okay Hinata?"

"Yeah I'm fine Naruto-kun, L-lets walk around a little" She smiled. I always liked her smile.

Nejis POV

"Listen Lee, We have to make it up to Tenten. I cant live with myself to know shes upset at us." He couldn't stand himself. He made her upset, he hurt her, which is the opposite of what he ever wants to do.

"Yeah, But what kind of party should we even have?" Lee asked. It took Neji a while but He had an Idea....A good one too. She has to forgive him on this. And who knows maybe I'll man up a little and tell her how pretty she is. It will all go according to plan!

This was pretty short but I wanted to finish it anyways. Hope you guys liked it! The next one will be up In a little, Depends on my schedule.
