A/n: Louis and Harry's outfits in the chapter

Louis' P.O.V

"Ryan, you've gotta help me, I'm freaking out." I said as I shut the door to my room.

I had asked Ryan to come to my house after school so he could help me plan my date with Harry. It had to be perfect cause Harry was perfect and he deserved the best.

"What's the problem?" He asked, plopping down on my bed.

"Harry and I are having our first date today and I have know idea what to do." I sighed exasperatedly.

"Well, what could you do?" He asked.

"I could take him to dinner." I suggested.

He shook his head. "Think bigger."

"Well, he likes burgers. I could fly us to California for In N Out."

"Maybe save that for the second date." He chuckled. "Think of something that's special to the two of you."

I thought back to everything I went through with Harry the past few months and tried to think of something that was special to us. It then hit me.

"I got it, but I'm gonna need to get some stuff set up, can you help me?" I asked Ryan.

"Let's get started."

It was eight o'clock, Harry was supposed to arrive any minute. I paced nervously around the room, wiping my sweaty palms on my pants. "Ryan, I don't know if I can do this."

"Just chill out, man." He sighed. "You're going to go out, have fun with your boyfriend. Then you can come home and freak out." I laughed and shook my head. "See look at that, you're calmer already."

"I wouldn't describe what I am as calm." I ran my hand through my hair. The doorbell rang and I looked at Ryan with fearful eyes.

"Well go on, open the door." He pointed to the door. I looked at the door and then back to Ryan. "Oh for fucks sake go open the damn door."

"I-I can't do this." I shook my head.

"Fine, I'll open it." He rolled his eyes. He got off the couch and opened up the door. "Hey Harry, come on in."

Harry walked in wearing black sweats, a blue jacket with the hood pulled up over a blue SnapBack. I told him to dress lazily and damn did he make lazy look good.

"Hey Ryan, what are you doing here?" He asked pulling down his hood.

"I'm house sitting while you go on your date." He explained. Harry looked up at me and smiled. I shyly smiled back.

"Erm yeah, ready to go Harry?" I asked.

"Yeah, let's go." He nodded.

"Have fun you two, but not too much fun." Ryan winked as I glared at him and shut the door behind me. We walked out to my car and hopped in. We drove down the road silently, neither of us really knew what to say.

"So where are we going?" He asked and I smiled, relieved that he was trying to break the ice.

"It's a surprise." I smirked.

"I hate surprises." He grumbled and crossed his arms. He was probably trying to look pissed off and tough but he more of resembled an angry kitten.

"Well I love surprises so it's a surprise." I shrugged.

"Come on just give me a hint, Lou." He begged.
