Jennifer's P.O.V.

I woke up with August all up in my face. I pushed his head so hard. "NIGGA !", I yelled.

"damn jenn ain't had to do me like that ",he mumbled.

"yo stank ass breath all up in my face ",i said sitting up on my bed. It was time for school & I didn't feel like going. Savannah is at Chris' house since she can't be alone & I just text alaia & Savannah about coming to my house. I got up & I put on a long ass shirt & went to my parents room.

"Mommy, daddy! ",I yelled as I started jumping on their bed. "girl if you won't stop! ",ma yelled. It was only mom in bed. "where's daddy? ", I asked looking down at her.

"in his office ", she mumbled . Good time for me & mom to talk. "oh, well I got a question ",I said sitting on the bed.

"spill it", she said as she sat up.

"what would you think of me & true going out",i said as she gasped. I rolled my eyes , she always gasping to stuff thats not even that much surprising.

"what happened to kendoll? ", she asked.

"hoes ", I said as I rolled my eyes. Everytime I say that I just stare off into space. "Jennifer did you hear me? ", my mama asked snapping in my .

"no sorry ", i said moving her hand out of the way .

"I said that it would be nice but you have to tell your father ", she said.I knew this was coming. "I'm going to wait awhile.. thanks love you ". I hugged her & kissed her cheek & ran in daddy's office.

I walked in his office. "DADDY! ",I yelled. he was counting his money & I sat on his desk. "Babygirl, who shirt you got on? ", he asked as he looked up at me and raised his eyebrow. Damn I forgot. "mine, of course ", I scoffed.

"don't lie Jennifer ", He said looking at me .I sighed and put my head down.

"It's your shirt from a long  time ago i just kept it ", i said looking back at him. You you thought I was gonna tell him!? fuck no.

"oh Okay, do you need anything before I go ", he asked while putting the money away.

"go where? ",I asked. I do need money though.

"business trip, I be back by next weekend  ", he said. I scrunched up my face , I didnt even know about no damn trip.  They gone be gone for a whole week and some days. .

"Does mom know ?", I asked him.

"No but I'm telling her tonight ", he said .

"oh Can I skip school & Get some more money? ",I said quickly and had my puppy dog face .

"Yeah I guess But you going the rest of the week no going then leaving ", he said. I guess that's fair. "Okay love you daddy. ",he gave me the money, I gave him a hug & a kiss.

I walked back in my room & August wasnt there. I guess he's in the shower. I started picking out my clothes . I had white shorts & a long sleeve purple crop top. I picked out my purple & black kd's. I plugged in my flat iron. I went downstairs to see Darren & alaia swallowing each other's throat. "Daymnnnn Daddyyyy! ", I yelled as they jumped away from each other.  Scary asses.

"why you so childish? ", alaia said.

"cause I Can alaia ", i said .I walked in the kitchen & everybody was in there smoking. I see Chris but where's Savannah. "Chris where's Savannah?", I asked.

"Somewhere around here.", he had an attitude. "the fuck is wrong with you? ",I said as i scrunched up his face. "look what you got on ",he said. I keep forgetting  I got  this shirt on.

"I forgot, I'm going to go take a shower ", I said.

"well go now & come back with clothes on ", he snapped. well damn didn't know he was that mad.

I walked back upstairs &August was out the bathroom & he had a towel around his waist. I just kept staring at him. "see something you  like", he said with a smirk. "Mayybeee ",I sung as I grabbed my towel off the bed & ran to the bathroom & locked the door.

"Man why you locked the door ?",I started laughing.

"Because you might trt something freaky ",I got in the shower for 20 minutes & brushed my teeth.  I got out of the bathroom with my towel wrapped around me. August was putting in his diamond earings. I grabbed the lotion of my dresser & lotioned my body. I put on my black laced underwear & bra. & you know what ? August is watching me the WHOLE time. I finally put on my purple shirt. I sat down & started flat iron my hair.

I was finally done, I slipped on my kd's & sprayed my favorite perfume.

I walked downstairs being hella hungry. I walked in the kitchen & Chris was in the same spot & Savannah was sitting on the counter. "Ooo my best bitch look bad!, she seem happy. "thanks, is this better Chris? "

"yeah I guess ",why he so mad. I grabbed his hand & walked outside.

"what the hell is wrong with you? "

"Why the Hell you went to kyla house?" ,shit how he figure out?

"Who told you? ",

"Don't worry about it, did you know her brother in a different gang ! ", shit.

"No, but she made your girlfriend almost kill herself "

"I know but we was going to handle now he's coming after us!"

"I didn't know it was a big deal"

"well it is!  he might come after yall! ",damn. "sorry "

"it's good just keep Savannah close Real Close ", he walked back in.

That was weird.
