Chris's P.O.V

I blinked my eyes as I woke up and squinted at my alarm clock. 9:03. I yawn and pull myself under the covers further. It's cold. Well, it is winter but still, it's cold. I close my eyes and it comes back to me. The show, the party, everyone drinking, Etha- Ethan? "Ethan?" I muttered under my breath. I sighed, he was probably just drunk, I reassured myself. I walked over to my desk and picked up my phone to call someone to see if they were free today. 

Mio: *picks up phone* Hey man, wassup? *yawns*

It was clear that like me, he had just woken up

Me: Hey man, you free today?

Mio: yeah sure, what d'ya wanna do?

Me: Dunno, wanna meet at the little coffee shop?

Mio: Sure, see you in 10 ho w'bout it

Me: Sounds good see ya there. *hangs up*

I pulled on some jeans and a t-shirt. As I walked to the door I grabbed my Adidas jumper and shoved my phone in the back pocket of my jeans. I was about to leave until I caught sight of my hair. "Should probably fix that" I thought. After Combing my hair quickly and locking up the house I began to walk up the road to the bus stop. The bus arrived and I jumped on and walked to my usual seat at the back.

 I walked past a girl with long brown hair and green eyes. She looked up at me and gasped. "Chris? Chris Lanzon?" she whispered. "Yeah, that's me" I grinned. "Would I be able to-" She started. "Yeah yeah sure." I interrupted. I sighed. Will I ever be able to go anywhere without being asked for photos? She smiled and pulled out a slightly cracked I phone 6. "Do you want me to take it?" I asked. "Sure" she responded. She passed me her phone and I smiled for the camera and took a photo or two. "Thank you so much." She gushed. "Don't mention it." I grinned and walked to a seat and looked out the window until I got to my stop, 20 or so meters away from the cafe I had arranged to meet Mio at.

I stepped out of the bus and walked towards the cafe to see two young girls and two slightly older guys at the end of the street running like their lives depended on it.

Interesting, I thought to myself, I wonder what's wrong.
