Chapter 6 ~ It's Not Cheating

Donnie couldn't sleep. The thought was eating him alive. How much time would pass before something happens between Raph and Mikey? When would that off and on pattern in their relationship seize on one side of the switch? And if it was never ending, like a child attempting to put the switch in the middle, would they keep going to Donnie (and possibly Leo) for counseling?

Donnie decides that if he invites Mikey over, maybe best to have Leo and Raph away doing something together, he can find out more about their relationship.

Donnie looks over at Leo and sees he's still asleep. The brunette reaches over and grabs his phone and unlocks it by typing in the date they became a couple. He goes into his messages and finds Raph's name and types: Hey, Raph, would it be okay if you came with me to the car show in Helena? Donnie isn't in the mood to go so I thought you might like it.

Donnie waits for an answer and looks back at Leo to check he was still asleep. The phone makes a little buzz and Donnie looks and sees Raph's reply saying 'sure'.

The brunette closes off the text messages and puts the phone back where it was. Donnie feels Leo's arms around his waist and he chews his lip. He doesn't turn and cuddle into him but moves a little away, draping his arm over the edge of the bed.

Leo wakes up slightly and pulls Donnie to his chest. "You okay?" He rubs his arm gently.

Donnie faces him and shrugs slightly. "I'm just kinda worried about Mikey."

"Why's that?" The blue haired male asks.

"Well, I'm just worried that Raph might do something and they get in another fight." The brunette looks down.

"I think they'll be okay." Leo smiles and strokes his cheek.

Donnie smiles slightly and cuddles into him. "Want me to make you breakfast?"

"As usual." Leo grins and kisses his forehead.

The brunette sits up and stretches and runs his hand through his hair and yawns.

"Damn you're so cute." Leo sits up and hugs him to his chest and pulls him down.

"Leo!" Donnie laughs and feels his boyfriend's kisses tickle his neck and face. "Let me up!"

"No." Leo buries his face in his hair.

"Let me make breakfast." Donnie holds Leo's arms.

"I wanna cuddle longer."

"Leoooooooo!" The brunette whines.

"Donniiiiiiiieee!" The blue haired male whines back.

"Please?" Donnie pouts a little.

"Please and what?"

"I love you."

"I like that. But I was thinking of an action and not a statement."

Donnie kisses his cheek. "There?"

"Hmm..."

The brunette presses his lips against his, kissing him deeply. Leo holds him close and rolls over so Donnie was under him. Donnie runs his fingers through Leo's dark blue hair.

"Is that better?" He asks as he pulls away.

"Yeah I guess." Leo grins.

Donnie sits up and walks into the kitchen and starts making breakfast. "Can you put some bread in the toaster for me?" Leo gives him a look and the brunette looks up at him. "What's that for?"

"You know that toaster has something against me."

"Here we go again..."  Donnie shakes his head.
