Chapter 7

"Lisa!" Pam was excited to see her sister outside her school gate.

Lisa smiled weakly. Patting her head.

"I thought you wont be able to pick me up. Lets go to the shop!" Pam walked side by side with her.

"No..we are not heading to the shop. I already closed it. Now, we're just gonna go home and doing something fun." Lisa responded.

"Uh..but why? You rarely took a day off.." Lisa let Pam's question hanging as they walked together on the way home.

"Jennie, its your turn." Jisoo called for Jennie after she was done with her individual evaluation.

"Ah, okay!" Jennie scrambled her way toward the dance studio. She take a look at the judges in front of her. There's no presence of V.

Aishh..what could he be up to?

YG glimpsed at her before motioning her to start the routine.

"Oh yes, today I will perform a dance routine with a few hip hop beats and remix." Jennie smiled to the judges before showing her badass and intense facial expression.

She kicked out her dance fierce and smoothly as the beats starts. She twirled and moves sharply according to the rhymes, she was enjoying the whole dances and at the same time put all her might into the dance as if she was channelling her inner thoughts about things that bothering her regarding V. She indulged herself completely toward the music. Even the hardest part of the choreo that needed her to use some of acrobatic skills, she nailed it.

She did the V posed as a remark to the end of her performance.

She heaved heavily while bowing to the judges. She wait for them finish evaluating.

"Hi Jennie. Its nice to see you here. I must say I'm impressed with your energy and your synergic toward the rythms of the music. I hope we can see this side of you often. That's all from me." YG gave her his remarks based on her performance. Then they moves to other judges before she finally dismissed.

Jennie sighed as soon she sat next to Jisoo. She pick up her drink.

"Yah, why you look so tense? Something happen?" Jisoo nudged Jennie with her elbow.

"Ah, no..it just..I've been thinking about V." She lowered her voice.

"Oh, is that so? Yeah, I haven't seen him today. Might be he is busy with selecting trainees from previous audition.

Jennie just shrugged off.

V stared at his phone, displaying Lisa's phone number. He know that he might give a false hope to her since he has nothing to do with choosing the future trainees.

But I can pull some string, bet you.

He gave Teddy a ring.

"Yo ssup man." Teddy voice responded on the other side.

"Oh hyung, you are not busy?" V calmly putting his words.

"Just finished with the individual evaluation. What's your need?" Teddy sounded as he is having his meal at this moment.

"I..i recalled being a judge during the previous audition held in YG building. There's someone that I'd say interesting. She got excellent skills in dancing. I wonder if you can tell me whether she was great enough to be accepted as trainee." V waited for Teddy's response.

"Well, usually you've got great eyes. I'll give a go about it later. Is that all? Cuz I have another meeting about the audition later." Teddy's response slightly made V feel better.
