So this book does include self harm, suicidal thoughts and an attempt of suicide one chapter in particular will have the most detail and I'll make sure to put a warning, otherwise it's just hinting and not in great detail. If any of you are going through any of them feel free to message me and talk to me, I've been through them before and I would hate for any of you guys to go through what I went and still am going through.
I am also not trying to romanticise depression, suicide or self harm.
