The spiral of chaos

It's funny how some opposites are actually very similar. Water and fire, for example, they are almost the exact opposite but they both require oxygen to exist. Love and hate have the same concept, They are both caused by strong feelings directed at another person. whether or not the feelings are good, they both have the same concept.

I hated this girl in my school for a while... She was mean and didn't know how to keep her mouth shut. When it came to jokes and such she would always take them so personally. I still hung around with her as she was the only person that could keep up with my... crude sense of humor. We hung out with each other not always on purpose but we had a lot of mutual friends, life in a small town I suppose. Whenever I would go and see if a friend of mine was free SHE would always be there. I mean I would stay and chill with them but it was crazy how hard it was for two people to avoid each other. Anyway as time progressed so did my mind and her body... She got a form that was very... attractive and I just wanted to look at her all the time every day. She was an object of lust but only to me. No one else seemed to realize her beauty, it was staggering to me that no one else treated her like the goddess she was in looks anyway. I didn't talk to her much as if I tried I just froze. One day, however, I said hi to her and saw that as her form matured so did her personality and her voice. I said "Hi" and she replied, looking me dead in the eyes, "Hello," her voice stuck to my eardrums and it felt as if her beautiful voice was echoing in my ears as if we were standing in a cave.

It was insane how just one word sent my entire world crumbling as I just froze on the spot. Her green eyes staring into my soul. It seemed that she was looking for something in my frozen brown eyes, her left eyebrow rose a little as she saw my dumb look and like that the world went to black and I fainted.

Looking back at that memory as the blood poured out of my wrist brought tears to my eyes. That was the beginning of the end.
