Chapter 1- Him again

A/N: Lilly's full name is Lilly Nguyen. I want to do like a Korean name, like Jeon Jungkook, or something. I mean what. Army lol. But that would be a little confusing because I don't want just kpoppers to read this and get confused. I gave her a basic name. ALSOOOOO, I'm not adding Korean words in English like fan fictions because I'm afraid I'd misspell stuff. ANNEONGESEYO idk. Enjoy!!
1:58 PM, school.

          Lilly was on her phone behind the textbook on her desk in class. She was waiting for the new GOT7 music video that was coming in a few minutes.

          Her teacher, Mrs. Yu, was talking about science and earthquakes. Blah blah blah. I can't wait to see the seven visuals at 2 PM! Lilly thought.

          Suddenly Mrs. Yu slammed Lilly's book on the desk. "Lilly, listen to this lesson. You are at school to learn, but what's the point if you aren't trying? Get out of this classroom with your hands up until I talk with you," The teacher said.

          Smirking, Lilly snuck her phone and earbuds underneath her shirt and walked out the door. Mrs. Yu went to the front of the class and continued the lesson.

          1:59 PM

         Lilly did not follow what Mrs. Yu said and took out her phone. She went to YouTube then to JYP entertainment. She refreshed it every second so she could be the first one watching to support her favorite group.

         2:00 PM

         Lilly slightly screamed and saw the new MV. She was fangirling and paying great attention to their dance and of course, them!

        Since all the students were in class and the teachers were teaching, she decided to replay it multiple times and maybe learn the dance. It was a complicated and powerful dance, but she couldn't add a lot of force to her dancing or else her teacher would hear. Even if that the teacher caught her, Lilly would not have cares anyways.

Anyways, the bell rang for the end of class and Mrs. Yu talked to Lilly. Mrs. Yu is the only adult that encourages her to follow her dreams, but she also cares about Lilly's grades.

        As all the students left to leave school, Mrs. Yu talked to Lilly. " Lilly, I can see all the little tricks up your sleeve. The phone underneath the desk, sometimes behind the textbook. I know you are struggling in school. You stopped doing your work to focus on your hobbies and now it has been a habit for you to not pay attention. I will try to help you and if I cannot, I'll have to tell your parents," Mrs. Yu said. Lilly nodded," Thank you. I don't think anything will help me now. It has been quite a while since I did my homework haha. But I appreciate your kind help. Goodbye Mrs. Yu~"

         Man, do I need a tutor? This sucks. Sorry for wasting your time, Mrs. Yu, Lilly thought.

         She ran up to catch up with her friends, Ray, Meagan, and Emily.

"AYYYEEEE GUYS I JUST WATCHED GOT7'S NEW MUSIC VIDEO WHEN I WAS OUT OF CLASS!" exclaimed Lilly.

"Lilly, we all saw you on your phone. Like boi! There are windows in our class. I'm pretty sure everybody was staring at you while you were dancing," said Ray.

"Also, you were loud asf," Meagan added while laughing.

ಠ_ಠ They saw me!? though Lilly.

The group went to Lilly's house to hang out.

"Hello Mrs. and Mr. Nguyen!" greeted Lilly's friends.

" 'Sup Mom and Dad," greeted Lilly.

"Aigoo, Lilly. Why so disrespectful! Anyways, I heard you four took a test today? How was it?" asked Mrs. Nguyen.

"It wasn't bad. Only a few difficult questions," Emily replied.

"What about you, Lilly?" asked Mr. Nguyen. Suddenly the room was silent.

"I just put "A" "B" "C" and "D" on each side of my pencil, rolled it, look at what letter the pencil stops at, and fill in the bubble of that letter on my scantron," replied Lilly, calmly.

Mrs. Nguyen lightly slapped Lilly on the back of her head. "Don't do that! Why don't you ever study?! You get horrible grades. That's it. I can't take it anymore. YOU ARE GETTING A TUTOR!" yelled Mrs. Nguyen.

You are getting a tutor. You are getting a tutor. Those five words seemed to repeat again and again in Lilly's head.

"MOM, I CAN'T GET A TUTOR. WE UM... DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR IT.. WE CAN BARELY EVEN PAY OUR RENT! MOM AND DAD, YOU NEED TO SAVE MONEY FOR COLLEGE NEXT YEAR RIGHT?! COME ON, DON'T WASTE MONEY," Lilly screamed. And I can't waste time for things I don't need to learn. I'm going to be a kpop idol, not a mathematician. Lilly thought.

"Enough Lilly. We have talked about this for months. Ray, Emily, Meagan, are you guys smart? Can you please tutor her? I'll pay you. Or do you have anyone else in mind..?" pleaded her father.

Ray looked at Emily and Meagan. He smirked. The two girls knew what he was thinking.

"You don't need to pay us, Mr. Nguyen. We have someone in mind that might do it for free..." answered Ray.

Don't say a thing guys. Don't say his name. Lilly hoped.

"There is a boy in our school. He is the smartest kid in the whole school. He was friends with Lilly. His name is Daniel," Emily finished Ray's statement.

Lilly's parents thanked them and the three went home, which was close to their house, leaving Lilly still surprised.

If they ask him, I will be so embarrassed. I can't even face him right now! Ugh I hope night goes by very slowly...
