The burning feeling of feeling wanted

they often rushed it
often young, and stupid
It felt so real
but it never meant much.
Young love was never meant to be
it was always a game
to see who could find their person first
but people went off looks,
not personality.
They try and try again
but with failure each time
they wonder what is wrong with them
why no one loves them
how they want to be loved
But its not about beauty.
It is about personality and loyalty.
