Yoongi and Jimin just arrived at the flower shop. Jimin took out his key and as he pushed the door to be able to unlock it, the door was already opened. Jimin furrowed his brows as he analyzed the shop. There is no broken glass, a sign of someone breaking in, and it couldn't be his grandfather because his grandfather would've sent him a message or called him if he was going back today, but the only ones who had a key to the shop was Jimin and his grandfather.
"Jimin is there a problem?" Yoongi asked as he noticed Jimin was looking at the shop with alertness.
"I don't know if there's a burglar. The door was unlocked and I'm sure I locked it before I left." Jimin said. Yoongi's brows furrowed as well, and he went in front of Jimin. He walked inside the shop, the chimes chiming, and guarding Jimin behind him. Indeed it looked like nothing was wrong with the shop, and it still looked the same. They were suprised when they heard footsteps upstairs, Yoongi stopping before the staircase.
As they heard the footsteps come towards them, he saw a young figure with red hair.
"Who are you?" The guy with red hair asked.
"Who are you?" Yoongi mimicked. Jimin peeked his head from Yoongi's figure and his eyes widened.
"Jungkook?"
"Oh, Jimin, there you are." Jungkook's eyes twinkled in recognition.
"Hey, call me hyung." Jimin frowned.
"You know that'll never happen." Jungkook stuck his tongue out.
"Jimin who's that?" Yoongi asked, confused.
"Oh, that's Jungkook my stepbrother." Jimin said. "And he's got red hair now. I don't understand how you got off the hook with your hair. Jungkook this is Yoongi, my friend."
"And you've got blond hair now. Hey Yoongi hyung." Yoongi just waved.
"Uh Yoongi, you can go up first. I'll just catch up a bit with my brother, yeah?" Jimin said with a small smile. Yoongi just nodded.
When Yoongi went up, Jimin started talking. "So how's the house?"
"Well, kind of the same. I still don't like your dad and he seems to have no remorse over losing you, while mom already misses you."
"Well, that's good to know, I miss mom and dad, too."
"Your dad's such a douche for kicking you out of the house, just for being gay are you serious? And he still can't accept it, it's been four years already. Its good that your grandfather understands you more than he does." Jungkook shook his head in distaste.
"Well, I can't really change his mind anymore, y'know? If he hates me, then so be it." Jimin smiled sadly.
"This is what's wrong with you. You're too kind. You could at least be a little bit mad," Jungkook said out of concern.
"The past is the past, I don't want to dwell on it until I die. He's done everything he could for me since then, and I'm already thankful enough for that to not hold a grudge," Jimin defended. "Anyways, enough about me. Do you like anyone right now?"
Jungkook doesn't like it when Jimin changes topic, but he'll let it slide and knock some common sense into him next time. "Yeah, I got a Daegu boy back home."
"Did you follow in my footsteps?" Jimin sighed and rubbed his temples.
Jungkook laughed. "No, I was gay even before you came out. He's also the same age as you."
"What do you think will happen if they find out?" Jimin asked, genuinely worried about Jungkook.
Jungkook shrugged. "Kick me out if they have to I don't care, I can crash here or with him."
"Well, aren't you just the rebel."
