Chapter 22

---Lexi's Pov---

"I have to break up with you." I said quickly not looking him in the eye. He looked flatted like I had kicked a puppy then stole his ice cream. That look in the eye almost broke me and I'm not sure why. "I'm sorry." I said and I wheeled away into the kitchen. I couldn't be around Sam. Now was not the time to be around everybody. I just needed to breathe. I turned my head a bit once I was inside the kitchen and there was only JC.

"Hey Lexi." JC said smiling. I smiled back. I don't know what I was feeling but JC made me feel better.

"Hey JC." I said looking up at him. Dang, from down here he was freakin' tall.

"What's wrong?" He asked. In a tone unlike Sam's. JC's was like he was talking to a real person. Not a five year old.

"I uh I broke up with Sam." I said quietly.

"What?!?" he gasped kneeling down so we were eye level. "Why?" he said and I looked him in the eye. Then I did something I think I might regret. I kissed him. I leaned in and kissed JC straight on the lips, and he kissed back. I think we were like that for at least a minute. Then, JC pulled away.

"No, sorry Lexi but I'm not a rebound." JC said standing up with what looked like anger in his eyes and he walked away. I felt anger at him for walking away. But, I also felt relief because the kiss didn't feel right. It felt different. But, it's didn't feel wrong either it had no feeling. I decided I was just gonna go in the living room with Ricky and Trevor pretty the only members or o2l that I hadn't been with today. I smiled as I rolled into the room and Ricky, Trevor and Kian were all on the couch.

"Where are the rest of the boys?" I asked I didn't think they'd all be gone.

"JC just stormed off to his room, Sam went to his room just before him, and Connor went up there about 20 minutes ago." Trevor said quickly. Well, he was in a good mood. I think it was hi new girlfriend. She was Sam's sister actually. I met her once she's deaf. She lives in the house since Sam's mom died. It was a hard bit for Sam and he cried but never in front of his sister. Wait, I remember. I remember.

K I know this isn't the longest but I wanted to update. I'm adding in Leah from my other story. I felt like it so there. Anyway I joined my school Track team cause I'm that cool. Just thought you'd like to know. It won't affect my story though. Lots of Love, Lexi
