School ended early because  another dope came and pulled the fire alarm so I'm forced to go home early to my abusive father and brothers . " See you around " my bully Malcolm said I just nodded there's no point of answering or doing anything to stop him from hurting me they never listen .

I always carry clothes with me not a lot though maybe just three pairs . I walked on the side walk no cars no people past this kinda made me nervous because people are always walking or driving around here . Well it's​ not completely empty there's a man staring at me acting like I can't see him.

But I can't​

I brushed it off maybe he's waiting on a wife or kid but my heart raced when I heard a car door close " excuse me " I stopped walking and act like those stupid blondes from scary movies . " Yes " I got a good long look at him he looked like he was in his 40's he had brown and gray hair that's been brushed back he's wearing a blue plaid shirt and jeans he has a notepad and pen .

" I'm writing a documentary on a teen mind if I ask some questions , I'll pay " if I remember one thing my family ever thought me it is to ask how much money " how much " he raised a eyebrow " 50 bucks is that good " I raised a eyebrow " sir I'm telling you my life and more , I think you need to raise the price " he nodded " how about a hundred"  I nodded thats about how much my life is worth and he may leave if I ask for more .

He asked all these questions and I answered truthfully​ woohoo out any problems . " Alright we're done here ill most likely see you again " he said I nodded and walked again .

Why did he ask such personal things.

Hey I still got paid . I walked down blocks but couldn't help but  feel like I'm being watched . It's nothing just the neighbors. I walked up to my porch and opened the door with my key got pulled in by my hair .

" Your school called said you all got out early when was that a hour ago " my brother Aavon said he's the oldest and he never really hit me but he did push me " I was talking to some one " of course he didn't care what I said

" And it takes you how long" he pushed me and I hit my back on the door nob " Alexis do you want to be beat " my other brother Kyle said I shook my head " good here go do the yard work and dad should be back " I got up and he threw the rake at me then took my key.

I hate it here

I left to do work . This happens alot they yell at me then give me work to do and I can't say or do anything because I'm weak and can never fight back to them . I still have my backpack with clothes and money I should just leave .

But I can't

If I try to even leave the yard I'll be beat for trying to run away . I heard a car door close " Alexis " I looked around but didn't see anything , it is getting dark maybe I should leave and go back inside . I drop the rake and walk back to the door but its locked .

" Alexis " that voice said and it was closer it doesn't sound likes my dad's voice since he's always yelling I turned around and seen Charles . Dose he want his money back . Hell no I told my dad life and more . I skipped him and walked off the porch and started walking to the back of the house . But felt a hand grab my arm .

It was Charles " let me go " I tried moving my arm but he's way stronger then me by a lot . " I'm here to save you your going to be safe from them " what dose he mean . He started pulling me to his car . " Stop it , help " I tried pulling and pushing him away. But he got a needle and stuck it in my arm.

My head started pounding and I couldn't stand up straight . He opened the car door pushed me in the back seat bucked me then put a blindfold over my eyes . I couldn't help it I let myself slip into the darkness .
