chapter 2

           

---Isabell---

"Lina I have packed up my stuff. Where are we going?" I question her as I drag my bag, I didn't own a lot of things so one bag was more than enough.

"Just wait they will be here soon" she said with an annoyed expression while feeding Sara

"Who will be here soon" I say with my eyes wide open

"Wait sis, just be patient" she replayed with a grin

"Lina you're really scaring me, what's going on?" I try to control my fear "please answer me plea--"

A knock at the door cut me off making my heart skip a beat. Ooooh god please don't let her throw me out to the forest, the thought of my own sister whom I trust does that to me makes me shake like a jelly holding out the tears threatening  to spill out.

Lina went to answer the door, my jaw dropped open making me look like a fool. I really don't know what's going on and I'm not sure I want to.

"Just give her five minutes she will be coming right away" Lina told the person standing at the door

Maybe she is taking me to work for an old lady or something maybe she found a job for me that will support us and she is not telling me because it's not here it must be outside the village right that must be it isn't it ?

"OK, but Fast I ain't got all day woman" I hear a thick voice making my knee weaken in a bad way. So much for the old woman huh

"Isabell your ride is here" Lina shouts making me jump "say your goodbyes to the kids and be on your way, come on now your ride isn't going to wait all day"

she starts to drag me but I manage to push her away "how could you do this to me where is he taking me? Are you throwing me to the forest? I will be eaten by wolfs haven't you got a heart?" I shout

Lina laughs making me wince "I am not throwing you to the forest sis, I'm just selling you" she said with so much comfort I can imagine her sitting on a couch with her legs crossed saying it.

I felt tears streaming down my face "what?" I laugh "you're kidding right? Answer me Lina" I start to shout I can't hold back any more is she serious right now "answer me goddamn it"

"language" she shouts back " and yes I am series. think of it as bay back of what you did to me" she shouts hurt in her eyes

"I can't believe it. You're doing this for that fool, that jerk who left you and his kids to starve without a second thought. how could you blame me for what he choose to do he is a jerk open your eyes" I manage to say without bursting into sobs, I can't  believe she actually blames me for this

"If it wasn't for you he would have stayed. You were a weight on his shoulder plus I needed the money I can't let my kids starve to death try to understand that" she spits out

"You are my sister the only one left for me how could you" I was hurt I didn't know what to say

"I'm sorry but I had no other choice" she shrugs like it was no big deal

"Of course you had a choice but you choose to sell me to a man that god knows what he will do to me for a few dollars and your sitting here saying that you didn't have a choice!!" I felt sick I couldn't believe that my own sister would do this to me she is the only family left for me how could she.

Before my sister could open her mouth to answer

the door flies open, a man came barging in "time is out" he shouted

He looked huge full of muscles wearing a black half sleeve t-shirt showing all his pride and glory i almost peed in my pants, just almost

His eyes locked in mine that made me shiver, then he shouts "let's go I have waited enough"

I started to back up slowly saying "I'd rather die than go with you"

my gaze shifted to my sister hoping she would help me out but she was gone that shattered me, the man started to take long steps towards me then grabbed my wrist hard, he started to drag me out, I was fighting him so bad but to no use he was too strong, I started to panic and cried for help but to no avail  when we reached the SUV he started to push me in the back seat I shouted wrestling from his grip "let go of me you disgusting creature" then I gasped from the unfamiliar pain from my cheeks caused by his palm I winced in pain and before I can react he pushed me in and locked the doors.

I stared from the window she was there with a blank expression on her face, she saw the man hitting me but she didn't even flinch I do not know who is she any more.

Is all this because of money?  I wanted to tell her I hate her but I couldn't, not after everything we've been through together but this, this is too much.

And It hurts, it hurts so damn much that I don't want to feel anything no more.
