Chapter 1

Hey guys , this is my very first story. I don't know if it's good , but I'm kinda proud of it. Also , I don't own any of the characters , I mean of course Idk why I even have to say that it's obvious but oh well... 😅

*Yugi's P.O.V.*

It was a normal day like any other and me and Téa were walking to school together. Although Téa nor the others didn't notice , I was feeling down lately. One of the reasons is that Ushio and his gang found out about my secret. Ushio was joking about me being gay. I panicked and thought he somehow found out , so I started begging him not to tell anyone. Ushio soon realized his joke was true , so he blackmailed me into giving him money unless I want the whole school to know about my secret. I cursed myself over and over for being so stupid. How did I ever come up to the idea Ushio knew? And I just can't tell my friends. I know very well that Joey and Tristan were into girls , they always talk with me about their girlfriends. It would be too weird for me to start talking about a boyfriend. That's the other reason I was sad: I don't have a boyfriend. I don't even have a crush. I just wanna have someone who will always stay by my side. Sure , I have friends , but friends just aren't enough sometimes. I just wanna to feel loved for once , am I asking for too much?

The sound of the bell snapped me out of my thoughts. When did I even get to school?

"Come on Yugi , we'll be late for class!"

"Uh? Oh , yeah , I'm coming!"

On my way to the classroom , I accidentally bumped into someone. I fell down on my back and the person fell over me.

"Oh I'm so sorry I should really lo-"

And then I realised who I ran into. It was Atem Sennen , the most popular guy at school. He was bi and I was always amazed how he simply didn't care about everyone's comments. All the girls would die to at least spend one night with him , and I have to admit he was pretty damn hot.

*Atem's P.O.V.*

I was talking with my friends in the hallway when someone suddenly ran into me an I fell over them.

"Oh I'm sorry , I should really lo-"

He just stood speachless underneath me and I couldn't help but giggle at his reaction. A dark reddish blush was creeping upon his face. I stood up and offered him a hand.

"I'm sorry , are you okay?"

"Y-yeah I-I-I'm fine , really..."

"And your name is...?"

"I-it's Yugi"

"Yugi , huh? Well , I'll see you around , Yugi."

I said with a smirk and I winked at him. His face was red as a tomato , and as I walked past him , I turned around and he was still standing in the same place like he was cuffed to the ground.

"Now what. The fuck. Was THAT!?"

"What was what?"

"You know what I'm talking about."

"Relax , I'm just having a little fun."

Marik sighed. I know what he thought I meant by "fun". And he was not wrong.

"Hey Kaiba , are you still hosting that party tomorrow?"

"Of course I am! Not holding onto my word...who do you even take me for? Are you all coming?"

"The whole school's talking about it , we'd be disappointing the crowd if we don't show up. Hehehe..."

"Bakura's right , we're definitely going! It's a perfect place for my plan , too..."

*Yugi's P.O.V.*

I was walking home from school with Joey. For some reason , I couldn't stop thinking about Atem. Sure , I noticed how hot he was before , but I just couldn't get him out of my thoughts today. I shook my head in an attempt to get rid of him , but at no use. I frowned , turning my gaze in the distance. Joey noticed I was feeling down so he tried to light up the mood.

"Hey Yug , ya wanna go with me on that party tommorow? All of our friends are going."

"I don't think I'm in a mood for a party Joey..."

"But the whole school's goin'! Even Ryou's up for it , and you know how shy he usually is!"

"I don't know Joey...'

He looked at me with a sad puppy dog face. I stared at him coolly , but I'm not sure for how long I can hold this up. Dammit , he always catches me off-guard with that face! His eyes just grew wider at my gaze. I sighed.

"Alright , I'll go. But you better stay by my side the whole night or I'm ditching you."

"You'll go? Oh thank you thank you thank you!!! You're the best , Yug!"

He squeezed me into a tight hug and I gasped for air.

"Joey , you're gonna kill me before we even get to the party."

"Oh? Oh yeah , sorry." , he said with a grin.

"What did I drag myself into?" , I mumbled to myself as we made our way towards the game shop.
