Kasey was the oldest sibling in a family of four. She loved her mother, father and little brother. She also loved cooking. Everyday she would prepare their breakfast with an enlarging smile as she saw the satisfied expressions on their faces. But others hate her. "Cooking? Oh please...that hobby is like...so very old" Thea, the popular girl in their class said. "Yeah Kasey...why even try? I mean, it tastes horrible!" Faye, another popular girl said and threw the cookie she gave her. Thea also threw hers into the garbage.
Soon, others started to hate her as well.
"You're just doing it to become popular!"
"Eww! It's horrible Kasey!"
"Why did you even exist?"
"You suck! And so does your cooking!"
All those words made Kasey depressed. She wanted to kill herself so badly. But then, she heard this old tale.
Long ago, two races ruled over earth: Humans and Monsters...
One day, war broke out between the two races...
After a long battle, the humans were victorious...
They sealed the Monsters underground with a magic spell...
Legends say that those who climb the mountain never return...
"Never return" Kasey repeatedly said in her mind. And at that night, she made her decision..
