Dear Heavenly Father, help me to be kind. Help me be kind to who have be mean to me. Let me stay kindly continousisly. Help me stay kind in times of sadness, anger, madness, love, happiness and whatever else Lord. Let me be able to do this so that they may be able to see in me the kindness I see in you. In times when we feel the need to thrash out, let your Spirit be with us to clam us down. In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.
