Voodoo was quietly sitting in her cave with her best friend, a rabbit like Amid, but was stitched with multiple patches, Voodoo was performing a spell that would defend her from curses "What do you think Deja Vü? Think this will work?" Voodoo asked Deja, she nodded happily "You know, you don't have to agree with me all the time." Voodoo said giggling "But it's the truth Voodoo! I'm sure it will work!" Deja said happily as Voodoo finished the spell, the two were very fond of each other since they don't have anyone else in their lives.
The next morning Voodoo and Deja were taking a walk when they heard the clanging of armour swiftly getting closer "Deja go! Hide!" Voodoo said quickly putting her coat and hood, quickly Deja hud behind the bushes, and the knights came up to Voodoo, they were guards from Vivian, "Hello ma'am have you seen this person anywhere near here?" he said as he showed a wanted poster for Voodoo "Oh no, sorry I haven't!" Voodoo said in her best fake voice "Alright ma'am sorry to have bothered you--" but Deja accidentally stepped on a branch "What was that?" the knight asked, "Ohohoh! It must be a deer!" Voodoo replied "Alright ma'am have a nice day." the knight said turning around and walking away "There's something suspicious around here I can feel it." he whispered to the other knights, and when Voodoo turned around they hid behind a tree and started watching her.
The cat removed the coat and put her top hat back on "Deja! Its safe now!" she cried, and then a rabbit with stitches and button eyes came out, "I knew there was something suspicious going around here! Stop where you are Voodoo!" the knight said surprising her "Deja! Run!" Voodoo said while starting to run.
The two ran while the knights persued them, but then when Voodoo turned around nobody was behind her and it was silent "Deja?" she called out "Deja Vü!" she cried once more 'Oh no...' she thought before running into the woods, she called out many times but could not find her.
At last she saw Deja Vü's tail "Oh my gosh Deja! You scared the living life--" she said while touching her but saw black ooze seeping out of Deja as the body went limp "Out... Of... Me..." then Voodoo fell to her knees "B-But how... Dolls can't... I... What kind of magic is this?" she said with tears forming in her eye, then her sorrowful face turned into a face of rage "I swear Deja, I'll find them... And I will avenge you." then the body started dissapearing leaving only a cracked crystal on the floor, Voodoo slowly picked it up and held it tightly in her hands "I'll find a way... I promise..." and with those words, she vansihes.

Quietly walking through the woods, cold, but didn't care, Lykaios had to find someone to help him, truth be told, he needs someone to guide him otherwise he wouldn't have a clue on what to do 'Think Lykaios... What would Hext say?' he kept thinking and ended up at some kind of tribe, he was cautious but one of them saw him and started making a noise like that of a dove and the tribe leader came up, the male's wings were cyan blue like tgose of his people, and with a light pink skin and covering their faces with a skull. The tribe leader was different though, his wings had patterns and were more upward than the rest and his skull had markings as well, the tribe leader started walking up to him, Lykaios growled but the tribe leader just crouched and looked at him in the eye, he smiled, Lykaios felt like he knew this creature, just then tears filled his eyes "K-Kuro? Is it really?" Lykaios stammered "It is my dear friend..." Kuro replied, and Lykaios lunged towards him and Kuro wrapped his arms around him "Kuro, it was horrible... They all attacked him at once and--" then Kuro cut him "Shh it's okay... Your back now, everything will be ok..." and the tribe welcomed him. Lykaios and Kuro were best friends because of when Kuro saved Lykaios' life, Lykaios was injured and close to death, but because of Kuro and his tribe's welcoming and accepting nature they had nurtured him to health. Soon after they had to seperate and never seen each other for a long time "What did you do after you left the tribe and before all this happened?" Kuro asked as he was showing Lykaios the improvements of the tribe "Well not much, hunting down my own kind aint easy in the overworld" Lykaios replied then Kuro's ears perked up "Why DO you kill demons Lykaios" Kuro asked curiously. Lyakaios remained silent and Kuro knew something was off.
