This I actually learned to do recently. All you have to do is find the photo you want from whatever photo editor website you use.
Now say you use Photobucket:
1) Click the photo you want to use so that it takes to you to the photos link.
2) on the right hand side is a set of links. Click the Html one and copy it
3) then go to the forme you want to post it in and paste the link.
4) submit comment and ta da!
