《[Liam]》Mornings for Melanie

Melanie POV

I woke up with arms around me. I tried to recall what I did last night. I went to a party and got really drunk my best friend Laim and i went home and i fell asleep next to him. Doesn't sound bad does it? Well lets say that again I fell asleep next to him right after a heated make - out session. I am so mad with myself , I just ruined my friendship with him I mean yes I had deep feelings about him but I wouldn't let that ruin my friendships with Liam a cute little puppy .... especially when sleeping. Well might as well enjoy it while it lasts. I rested back down next to him layed my head upon his chest. A few mintues pasted and he was still sleeping until he started moving a bit. His eyes started to flutter open.

" morning " he said rubbing his eyes. He looks so cute , my heart started beating faster than normal

" what's wrong? " he asked

" why would you think anything is wrong " I said obviously making it obvious vñ

" your heart is beating like crazy " he said in a matter of factly tone. I thought to myself for a second might as well tell him now

" Liam .. about last night .... " i trailed on

" no "

" what ?"

" don't ruin it for me "

" I wasnt going .... just lis..... "

" what was I thinking of course you wouldn't like me , I didn't tell you for so many years that I liked you but i didnt want to ruin our friendship and i thought last night would change everything but I guess not"

" whys is it always the case where girl and boy best friends fall in love with each other ?"

" if you didn't rudely interrupt I would've told you the exact same thing but your just rude " I said the last part in a sarcastic tone
