-Wednesday 12th April 2017-

I woke up to find the morning breeze flying inside the room.

I looked over at the alarm clock beside me.

07:32 I thought to myself.

I yawned and got out of bed. I saw Juvia still asleep in the bed next to me.

I walked over to the balcony which the door had been open to. I sat down and looked at the waves fo passed. I saw a dolphin leap out the water and I smiled. Dolphins were my mums favorite animal until she married my dad. She started smoking and drinking heavy amounts of alcahol. I was scared when I was younger that she was gonna abuse me like they do in movies. Fortunately, she never did abuse me but my dad did!

He used to punch me and say what horrible daughter I was. I used to end up having no dinner and spending half my time in my room crying. Over the years my mum talked him out of it and I haven't been abused since.

I stood back up and went back inside the cabin. I got changed, did my hair and makeup and headed upstairs to the higher deck, which I hadn't seen yet.

I wore a white tank-top, skirt and sandals with a flower-crown and a flower necklace. My blonde hair was down but had a plait going to the back.

When I arrived at the top deck, I saw Gray was up there to.

"Hey." I smiled, walking over to him.

"Hi, you an early bird to?" Gray asked.

"Not usually, but then again, I fell asleep at like two in the afternoon yesterday." I laughed.

"Haha." Gray laughed back." Same, I was shattered. Well, I was the one who fixed most of my dad's car!"

"Really!" I exclaimed, astonished.

"Yeah, my dads like that." Gray frowned.

"You ok?" I asked.

"Yeah, sorry about that."

"No worries."

"So, what are your parents like?" Gray asked.

"Well, my mum was really cool until my dad came along. He started abusing me, punching me and kicking me, and she couldnt take it anymore so she started smoking and doing drugs." I frown.

"Oh my god. I'm so sorry! Does Lucy know about this!" Gray said frantically.

"Yeah, but its ok know, my dad has stopped abusing me and my mum has stoppes doing drugs. She still smokes though." I replied.

"My mum died in a car crash when I was 6 so I just live with my dad." Gray continued.

"Oh that's sa-." I started, but was rudely cut of by someone.

"Gray, Lilac!" Lucy giggled.

Gray and I turned around to see Lucy running towards us, waving. I sighed.

"Whats up cus." I sighed.

"Nothing much, how is the two love-birds?" Lucy teased.

"Lucy!" I yelled.

"I'm just teasing ok!" she said.

It was a minute before any of us spoke again. That person was me thanks to a text.

-Ring-

"Oh that's my phone!" I said, pulling my phone out my pocket.

"Gotta go!" I yelled, running back inside.
