RYAN’S POV

                “WHY THE HELL IS MY MATE SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS?!”  She is on the fourth floor and I was in the front yard and I could hear her even without my wolf hearing.  When I walked in I saw a furious looking Katherine with my sister and the twins covering her mouth.  She was trying to scream and when that didn’t work she started to hold her breath.  Very childish, very five year oldish.

                “I might have accidently let it slip that you guys have to get married.” Kayla told me sheepishly.  I looked her incredulously.  Of all the things she let slip from that big mouth of hers was that, she has to be the most annoying little sister ever.

“Kayla Ester Stern you knew I wanted to tell her so she wouldn’t freak out.” Shaking my head there is nothing I could really do now.  Katherine started to turn a little blue.  “Katherine, could you please stopping childish?”  She said something but I couldn’t understand with the three hand over her mouth.  She finally got tired of it and bit into Xavier’s hand.

“Why did you do that to him, Katherine?” She looked very proud at what she had done, only proving how childish.

“Yeah why you do it, Kat?  I thought dogs bite and cats scratch.” Xavier complained.  I growled he should talk to his Luna like that.

“Thank you, Xavier for calling me Kat and not Katherine. Also I am not being childish.  Also my name is Kat not Katherine” She said while pouting.  I was tempted to kiss her, but she probably slap me and Kayla didn’t need another thing to tease me about.

  “Whatever, I have to get back to work, be ready for dinner.”

“Do you always work so hard to prepare dinner?”  Kat asked.

“No, this dinner is important because tonight I’m introducing to you to the elders of the pack, my parents, and other high ranked pack members and there families.  So it is very it’s very important that you don’t act childish.  So it is a very important and small party.” I tell her as she comes to stand in front of me.  I notice that she is wearing a deep purple dress that made her viridian green eyes pop, and comes to her knee.  Kayla must have somehow managed to get her make up done.  Her hair was curled into soft waves; they must have not been able to get her to take off her headband.  The dress and the headband did go together, but she still looked beautiful.

“I do not act childish, jerk.” She said pouting again.  She was going to kill me if she kept pouting.  “Why do you have to introduce me, I’m going to run away again.”

“That is not going to happen.”

“Whatever, go back to planning your stupid dinner.”

KAT’S POV

I am still in the room and starving.  The worst part is now I’m starting to not want to leave.  I feel this pull to Ryan.  My threat of leaving was empty; I said it because even though I feel a pull he is still a jerk. 

I like the twins, don’t like Kayla.  The twins are funny, and Kayla is friendly and preppy.  I’ll just have got used to her.  Hopefully I’ll meet less annoying people at this dinner.  Someone who is funnier and will help me pull pranks on the twins.  Which reminds me is should ask

“Hey Kat are you ready to go?” Xander yells from the other side of the bathroom door.  After Ryan had left I locked myself away in the bathroom so Kayla couldn’t use me as a life-sized Barbie. 

“No, this dress is annoying and these shoes are pinching my toes.” I complained to the twins.

“Come on Kat it can’t be that bad you’re a girl endure it.”  Kayla said.  Well miss cheerleader I am not like you.  I like jeans so I can run in; I prefer high tops to toms or heels any day.  So this dress and heels are annoying.
