"This is Khaleecie, Juliet and I's new daughter." Andy said answering CC's question. Once CC heard 'new daughter' , his face broke out into a big grin and said very happily "Well Khaleecie, welcome to the family. I hope you love it here, which you probably will." He finished with a little chuckle. The rest of the guys nodded their heads and made sounds of agreement. "So Khaleecie, what's your favorite thing to do?" Jake asked awkwardly. "Well, other than performing, I like playing instruments. and writing and reading, also I love COD." I said happily.
CC looked up when I said COD and started smiling this big dopey headed smile. "We are going to get along just fine" he said happily. I chuckled and Ashley asked "What instruments do you play?" "I play the guitar, the drums, the cello, the piano, the violin and the saxophone." I replied, blushing slightly. Jinxx smiled big when I said the cello, the violin and the piano. "Can you play something for us?" Juliet asked from behind me. I nodded and said "Sure, but I don't have any of my instruments with me. And which one do you want me to play?" I asked. She smiled and told me to sit down. Then she whispered something in Andy's ear. I looked at her suspiciously and said "What are you going on about?" She smiled and so did Andy. "Hey Jinxx, can you let Khaleecie use your violin?" Andy asked nicely. Jinxx nodded and went to grab his violin. "So, what song do you want me to play?" I asked, nervously. He said to surprise him. So when Jinxx came back out, I stood up and started getting ready to play.
Once I was ready, I started playing. I played Overture, perfectly. I felt myself get lost in the music as I played. My fingers danced across the strings as if they were tiny ballerina dancers. I kept playing and my fingers started to burn. I sped up a bit and kept playing. When I finished, I looked up at the guys and Juliet and they had big shocked smiles on their faces. "WOW! That was amazing!" Said Ashley gobsmacked. I chuckled at their expressions and handed back the violin to a widely grinning Jinxx. "Nice job Khaleecie, you did really really good." He said, praising me. I smiled and looked down blushing. "Thanks, that means a lot to me." I replied, still looking at the floor. He chuckled and went back tout his violin away. "Oh look, it's getting dark out. I'm gonna get to bed now.
"Ok" they all replied. Juliet got up and showed me to the bunks and which one was mine. I got changed and while I was changing, I somehow got stuck in my shirt. I already had my pj bottoms on. I called Juliet over and asked for her help. She giggled and helped me get it off. I got my shirt on and got in my bunk. Just as Juliet was was about to leave, I softly called out to her and said " Please don't go." She looked at me funny and came back over to me. At this point I was laying down. She looked at me and said softly "Why don't you want me to go?" I sighed and looked away from her gaze. "Because i'm afraid that if I close my eyes, that when I wake up, this will all be gone. That it was all just a dream." I said wearily. She frowned a little bit but said "You don't have to worry, we'll never leave. I promise you that." She finished off with a small smile and hopped into the bed next to me.
I cuddled up to her chest and drifted off to sleep. One thought ran through my mind before I fell into a deep slumber.
"I'm finally wanted"
