We're driving in the car to the compound, all I could think was I didn't have enough time to say goodbye. There's so many things that we should say but nobody says a word afraid to upset one another. We all dressed to the best, as if we are trying to  impress someone. There's so many of us, the family, distant or close, doesn't matter. Were all paying  to be put to sleep for the next 14 years, not knowing where were going to land. It's the unknown that scares us the most. When we finally arrived to the compound it's a built in glass cage. All the good and bad memories come flashing through my head, it's as if my life was flashing before  my eyes. I look at my friends and family and think were all going to be seperate for the rest of eternity. As we walk through the compound I see all the familys hugging and crying. we continue to walk down the never ending winding halls. We finally get to our destination, only to find out we're gonna be shoved into glass caskets. I have so much to say but its like my mouth is stitched shut. My long lost cousin climbs into a casket next to mine that I have yet to enter. They say it will be painless. My nerves  are on rocks.I look over to my mom, seeing that she's trying to look strong for me. The caskets start to move up a conveyer belt. Theres no way to reach out to your family once their in the casket. The walls are sound proof, nothing could ne heard. The blades come shooting from the ceiling, everyone begins to panic. I run to the glass and pound on it, desperatly trying to set her free. She starts to move. I relize they didn't put her to sleep. They just tricked her into thinking that she was. She starts to panic from inside the coffin. She fiercely pounds on the glass, over and over. Before you know it she's  chopped into tiny pieces, dead. The tears start to flow, my screams filled the room. The guards walk in. Theres a middle aged man standing in the middle of all the men, dressed well, black suit, white tie. The man comes forward and says " you hae a choice, get in the coffin now or fight your way out of it through the course, and if you make it through you'll receive freedom." The man  pointed to the left corner of the room. There, a sliding door opens. The man speaks again. " Thats the way, if choosing to live , those who stay die." I looked around the room. Everyone started to say their goodbyes  All but four people stayed. The only people that left were me and my 3 bestfriends. I hugged my mother goodbye. Me,Mara,Emilie and Paige began our journey.
