When I heard aunty Adeline call I was surprised to say the least.

What should I to know is she going to make a big announcement saying that we ran out of food maybe I can kill one of my goats.

I gagged at that thought.

I believe in aunt Adeline.

I continuously said that until I almost convinced myself until I opened the door.

I screamed and jumped on my bed.

"What the fuck is that" I said scared out of my wits.

My aunt love OKed some what not surprised of my reaction to her...whatever it's called around her neck.

"Language honey" she did with a bright smile " this is my pet snake, you like him, his name is choker ironic isn't it" she said with a wicked smile like she was somewhat aware that I don't like snakes.

"Sorry about my language but you can't scare me like that with...that around here" I said while pointing to the snake.

"Look here little Missy I will be nice to you but you having to know your boundaries you will be nice to choker and sometimes I might ask you to feed him the rats and so on but what I'm mostly truing to say to you is that this is my house my rules"

"OK" sh said with an apparently sweet smile

"Its barely even a house much less" I muttered

What did you say young lady, if it troubles you that I call you young lady I'm sorry I just forgot it, what is your name again?"

"I said nothing and my name is Carly"

" well let me get to the point I came here to call you for your dinner and we have some important stuff to discuss for you to do before you start school  tomorrow capeish"

"Yes ma'am"

"Let  me freshen up first"

"I'll meet you at the dinning table soon sweetie come down soon before the rats eat it before you do" she grinned at her comment.

And then she left.

A sigh of relief escaped my lips and I shut my door an went to the bathroom.

I saw the bathroom it was a dull yellow and had some parts of the iron pipe was rottening.

I seriously can't live in a place like this i took a quick 2 minutes shower because I seriously did not want to be in this bathroom.

I came out and looked for my clothes.

I saw a tank top and some leggings I out that on and went to my vanity table.

I looked at myself I'm a total mess.

I thought to my self

This place is a nightmare.

I thought aunt Adeline wouldn't be as cruel as a step mother but I found out that there are the two sides of Adeline .

I cried my eyes out and looked at myself.

I never wanted this life.

I looked on my table for a sharpener and I found it and unscrewed the blade.

I held it to my wrist.
