4 - Surprise!

I run my hands through my hair as I sit on the edge of the tub.

"Oh god, what is Lin going to do?"

I drop the positive pregnancy test on the floor and scramble for my phone. I open it and press call on Phillipa's number.

"Hey (Y/N)! What's up sweets?"

I take a deep breath and say it all at once.

"MeandLinaresuperbusyandimpregnanthelpme"

"Whoa whoa whoa! Slow down can you repeat that?"

I look down and stare at the pregnancy test lying on the floor.

"I'm pregnant and I don't know how to tell Lin."

She squeals and laughs.

"Ah! This is so exciting! He's going to be so excited!"

I groan and roll my eyes.

"You aren't being much help!"

I hear her sigh.

"(Y/N), just tell him! I'm sure he'll be thrilled!"

"But-"

"Hey! No buts! It's Lin, what could he do?"

I sigh in defeat. She says her goodbyes and hangs up to rush off to the theater. I pick up the test and put it in my pocket. I grab my phone and jump at a sudden knock on the door.

"Hey (Y/N)? I took today off. We deserve a little us time."

I smile and shake my head. I don't deserve this man.

"Are you okay mi amor?"

I open the bathroom door and force out a smile.

"Ah! My hermosa esposa!"

He wraps his arms around me and lightly kisses my cheek.

"Hey Lin?"

He lets go of me and looks at me worried.

"Everything all right (Y/N)?"

I nod. I can't tell him now.

"Can we go out to eat? I'm really craving a hamburger right now."

He laughs and kisses my cheek.

"Of course! Let me get my shoes on!"

He walks over to the door to get his shoes while I slip the pregnancy test into my purse. I can't have it fall out when walking down our apartment stairs.

"Ready to go?"

I nod and slip on my slip on shoes. He grabs the keys and opens the door.

"You first my highness."

I laugh and walk out the door. I'll tell him after we get food.

I groan as I bite into my burger.

"You enjoying yourself over there (Y/N)?"

I roll my eyes at Lin's comment and take a sip of my lemonade.

"Hey Lin?"

He pops a fry in his mouth.

"What's up my love?"

I smile and take a bite of my burger.

"Can we go to the ice cream shop across the street after?"

He nods and smiles.

"Of course!"

I pump my fist in the air and laugh. Lin rolls his eyes and continues to eat.

"Lin it's 6. We should probably go."

Lin nods and throws away our trash. I get up out of my chair and head out the door. Lin follows behind me, grabbing my hand as soon as he's close enough.

"Hey Lin? Can you get me a sanitary wipe from my purse? My hands are kinda sticky."

He nods and starts to dig through my bag.

"Um, (Y/N)?"

I look over at Lin and see him staring at a pink and white stick in his hand.

"Lin listen I-"

"You're pregnant..?"

I rub my face and nod.

"I was going to tell you I wa-"

Lin cuts me off my picking me up and spinning me around.

"You're pregnant! (Y/N)! My love! Oh my god!"

He covers my face in kisses. I smile and laugh. I know he's going to be a great father.

Damn I haven't edited in a while. Anyways, my crush is being very flirty with me and we are really good friends like wow. I hope you all are having a great week and if school is almost over, yay! If it is over for you, you lucky bitch.
