"You are here right? I need you here Mila, I-"

"You're entire family is here Cheechee, and I'm here stop worrying" Camila cut off her friend, a hint of taunt set in her voice. The pair had spent the days leading up to the performance practising Dinahs parts, practise that was filled with Camilas mocking and sarcastic comments, and then there was Dinah who responded to the mocking with death glares or hard smacks. Typical best friend stuff.

Dinahs nerves were at an all new time high, with her nails recently done she opted for chewing the jumper she had on, waiting impatiently for her first costume to be found on the rack and brought to her.

"I'm worrying ok? I'm actually scared right now, but I'm not at the same time" Dinah almost whispered down the phone to her friend.

"Adrenalin? You'll be ok, I believe in you" Dinah nodded, despite the fact that Camila could not see her.

"Right, I gotta go, my slaves have finally done the right thing, adios"

"You're unbelievable, bye china"

Dinah put the phone down as well as her jumper sleeve. I'm ready.

------

Camila pressed her lips together tightly, completely focussed on the stage. She could have sworn out of the corner of her eye she saw someone, someone who shouldn't be here, or rather wouldn't be here? Lauren Jauregui. Camila tilted her head slightly as the girl who she thought was Lauren stood up and made her way to the exit, it was her. The brown eyed girl sat starstruck, Lauren was not a huge star by any means but she had been making waves recently with her debut EP on the way and several of her covers coming up to the million mark.

Loud music hit, pulling Camila out of her distant stare. Dinahs solo.

Dinah had stressed a million times that her nerves were purely based around singing on stage infant of this many people, but as the past week had gone Camilas usual response was 'you'll be ok' and in this instant boy was she wrong. Dinah was wearing a mask, or half a mask, so the audience, the students, couldn't exactly make out who it was who was playing the role.

As soon as Dinah fully appeared on the stage, singing her heart out, rubbing her legs together every chance she got, Camila knew what happened, nerves happened, nerves in the form of unbearable bladder irritation. Yes Dinah had peed herself, technically infant of a few hundred people, within those few hundred people about half were going to see Dinah at school on Monday.

Camila chuckled slightly, before snapping her head round to find a group of girls laughing away, clearly noticing Dinahs situation. Four out of six found it hilarious, while the other two, a petite dirty blonde girl and a darker skinned girl sat there, looking almost disgusted at their friends.

"You smell lovely" Camila teased, while Dinah did not smell at all, Camila found it amusing to take advantage of this rare opportunity.

"Fuck you, I have drowned myself in several perfumes and deodorants, if I don't smell like a walking perfume shop, I'm writing letters" Dinah slammed her hand playful down in the table next to the two girls.

"You? You're gonna write? Stop it" Camila chuckled before squeezing Dinahs shoulders "You did good, even drenched in piss, you were fabulous"

"Imma smack you Chancho, if you don't shut it"

Camila helped Dinah collect her things before they rejoined Dinahs family in the audience, heading back to the Hansen home.
