Trot With Me

A/N: So do you guys like it so far? It's a bit boring an short, but I promise it will get better. Especially when I get to see my horse Luis. My name is also Jada just spelled different. This book is sort of based on my life. But anyway enough with me blabbering.

Competition

Once Luis and I arrived the crowd went wild. Luis and I loved the spotlight. Then I saw Brandon. Brandon was the only guy friend I had at school. He waved and then threw a rose at my direction. Luis grabbed it in his mouth. I laughed then petted him. "Good boy Luis. Now let's give them a show they won't forget.". I got into position. Left of me was the 2nd place winner and also my arch enemy Kara Molfor. She looked me over and then looked Luis over. "Again with that horse. Ugh your so dumb" She turned away from me and at the crowd. I bent down to Luis' ear then whispered. "She is stupid. She doesn't know what she is missing" I kissed his head then looked to my right. There on the horse Princess was Sky. Sky is my best friend and has been since I had Luis. "Hey Jayda! Wow you look hot!" Sky smiled then looked at Luis. "Hey boy." We had no time to talk because the gun shot and Kara was off. I clicked my heels at Luis' sides and he was off. Kara wasn't that far ahead so I knew I could reach her. Luis went faster until we were at Kara's heels. "Give up Jayda!" Kara screamed as she went around the first barrel. "Come on boy" I said and we jumped over Kara in front. The crowd went silent. Kara just stood there as well as Sky. Luis just went faster to the finish line and he broke the ribbon. The crowd went wild. Screaming and cheering. Kara jumped off her horse then took her to the stable. I saw something before she went in. Insanity was limping. I jumped off Luis then went to the stables. Once I was in I almost died.
