Chapter 6 Confession

"I-i love you Arcadia" he said in my ear my eyes widen i feel like my heart was about to burst into joy at his words i take a look at him and smiled "i love you too Mikoto-kun" i replied he gave me a smile i looked at his shoulder it was covered in bright red "Mikoto? Does it hurt?" I ask "its nothing to worry about it will heal sooner or later" he said of course his a vampire " Can you stand up?" He ask i looked down to avoid looking into his eyes "n-no i can't" his eyes widen "why?" He asked i showed him the bruise on my thigh where Mikage punched me he dropped down on his knees "i'm sorry Arcadia i'm so sorry" i cupped his face and gave him a sweet smile "its alright really, it will heal in no time i promise" i saod giving him a sense of secure he then carried me bridal style out of the room "Mikoto wait! Your shoulder is badly wounded you shouldn't be-" he cut me off by giving me a passionate kiss i returned the kiss back.

We then parted for air he then gave me a cute smile i could even see his cheeks are tinted pink "like i told you before it would heal sooner or later" he said "yeah but" "enough talk we should get you to the hospital" i just nod at him as he took as down the hall way we bump into Meiji, i just hope this doesn't turn out into a battlefield... "where are you taking her brother?" He gave a cold stare i gulp in fear as fear filled my eyes "i'm taking her to the hospital and don't you even think of trying to stop me!"Meiji smirks "why is that? Did those two got their ass kicked by you?" He ask he gave him a cold glare "got a problem with that?" "Oh not at all, you go on ahead" as we're about to leave Meiji tug at Mikoto's sleeve "don't forget Mom and Dad are coming back in a few months you better clean this shit up" Mikoto nods "understood" and we walked out away probably heading to the hospital.

Speaking of hospital we should have taken a cab to the hospital instead he just walked as through a forest,maybe a short cut i don't know silence filled the forest it was dark and eerie "uhmm.. so you and Meiji are close brothers?" I ask " well... not actually he doesn't get involve much in Maki's schemes so we're not that close" i just giggled at his reply "what?" "Nothing" we continue on our way to the hospital still walking.

"Is your shoulder completely healed yet?" I ask "why are you so concerned about it?" My facebheated quickly wondering through my mind why am i concerned about him?

"Your not my girlfriend so why do you care?" He asked me again, great~ after i finally said 'i love you too' his thinking were gf and bf now? What have i gotten myself into? "Well... i can't help it after you and Mikage were fighting over me i-i was thinking of you at that moment, you being hurt because of me really stings inside i don't know what's happening to me but, i just don't want anyone to get hurt its so painful to watch even for me. Maybe its because i care about you Mikoto i know you don't understand what i'm saying but i-" before i could finish my sentence he kissed me again this time more passionately.

"No, i do understand what your saying i felt the same thing too Arcadia seeing what my brother has done to you it really hurts me just having you close to me really cheers me up. Arcadia? Are you an Angel?" He ask i gave him a sweet smile and cupped his face "an angel for you" i admit with a blush on my face.

"Then your my sweetest angel! I love you so much!" I turned away from his words "s-stop it! Your making me blush!" I shyly admit he let out a small giggles he's smile bringing me to life it lit up my whole heart seeing him smile i will cherish this moment forever "i look up to him "its because of you Arcadia your the only person who could make me smile like this" he admitted and he looked up ahead and i turned to the direction and i could see the hospital were a few yard away from it.

"Hey Arcadia?" "Yeah?" The light of the moon shining onto his raven black hair i could see his face tinted pink "w-will you be my girlfriend? I promise i will protect you forever" he admitted i quickly blush i feel like i'm having nosebleed at his words my brains all.messed up what should i say?

I can't say anything my mouth was like covered in chains i mean we already admitted that we love each other and he's my first kiss and, and and oh i don't know what to say! Besides if his going to be my boyfriend i'm going to be the hot issue of the school argh... its so hard making decisions like; from high popular student in class going to hot political statement issue in school this will be a long year.

I was lost in thought to notice he was still staring at me oh... i'm so embarrass by this. I covered my face cause i know he was still staring at me now i'm looking like a complete idiot.

"D-don't look at me! Its embarrassing!" He just giggled at me "your so cute Arcadia-chan but, will you be my girlfriend? I promise i will be the best boyfriend ever!" He said with a proud expression on his face i sighed "well, lets see then. Even if i will be killed at school by some girls who has a huge crush on you" he looked at me stunned "don't worry i'll protect you from them i'll be right by your side till the end" he smiles and i smiled back not until were already at the hospital.

Doctors and nurses rushed me in the ER and called my parents.

Wow! 😲 you should know that my parents did let out a search party searching for me all over Japan but at least i was safe now thanks to Mikoto after a few hours in the ER i was sent to my room and my Mom and Dad waited for me to wake up. The doctors explained everything about surgery on my thigh the bone was fractured amd had a few complications in the surgery and they took cate of my bruises on my body too.

💐Few Hours Later💐

I was still sleeping Mom was right by my side the whole time while Dad was on the phone with the chief of the police a few more minutes passed and i opened my eyes slowly my vision was still blurry it took a few moments for me to adjust "Arcadia?" I heard a familiar voice calling out to me i look by my side it was Mom looking happy i was alright "M-mom" i said a few tears rolled down her cheeks and she hugged me gently.

"I was so worried about you! I thought you wouldn't wake up" My Dad rush by my side and patted me on the head "your safe now Honey" i gave him a smile "what happened?" I asked "honey don't you remember? You were in the forest you got attacked by a wolf you barely got out, you were covered in blood luckily this young man saw you being attack that he risk his own life to save you. He was badly wounded on the shoulder despite that he carried you all the way here" Dad explained what happened "i think we should thank this young man for saving our daughter" Dad nod "i totally agree if it wasn't him Arcadia wouldn't be here and we we're too late" he said to mom but that didn't actually happened.

Did Mikoto said this to them? If it was really him then, where is he? "Dad where is he?" I asked him "who sweetie?" The man who saved me" " oh, his still in the ER getting his shoulder stitched up" i should have known it would take a few days for him to heal.

But his a vampire why would it take long to heal? Does he need blood to heal? I am so worried about Mikoto i hope his alright. He was bleeding heavily while carrying me all the way down here. I feel guilty he should have told me that his badly hurt he just kept it to himself.

I want to see him how could i? I can't even stand up yet while lost in though Dad looks at me. "By the way, Arcadia what were you doing in the forest anyway" i turned to face the bed sheet what will i say? I don't even know what exactly Mikoto told them about. "I- uuhhhmmm... well... actually," i can't say a single word i'm confused right now.

Finally Mom broke the silence between me and Dad "Honey, i think we should let Arcadia rest for now, she got a lot in mind of what happened to her. Just ask her later ok?" She said thanks mom and Dad nods "your right, sorry honey you should rest now we'll talk about this later when you feel better" My Dad kissed my forehead and i closed my eyes i feel so *yawns* sleepy that i actually fell asleep we'll just talk about this later.
