Chapter 1-Meet

It was a regular day, waking up to the loud

buzzing of my alarm clock. I got ready and left to school, it was the first day back from summer. I was tired, since it was summer i usually would sleep in.

My best friends, Bay Lopez and Joe Alyser,  were waiting for me next to the stairway to inside, at our high school, Grove High.

"y/n" Bay and Joe said in unison.

"Bay, Joe, finally!!" I yelled running to them and hugging them.

"There is a new transfer student from Tennessee, I heard he is really cute." Bay said, pointing to a boy by a tree. I saw Nidia. the "beautiful" most popular girl, walking over to him.

I looked at my watch it was 7:30 we had 45 minutes, I looked at him, he was walking away from Nidia. Surprise, surprise, no boy walks away from Nidia, she started running after him. I turned back around to realize what Bay was thinking, she thought i liked him... Duuuuhh.

Bay, Joe and I were talking about our summers when the bell, telling us we have 15 minutes, rang. It scared me. I checked my watch, it was 8:00.

I started talking again when I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around noticing that boy.

"Hi, I'm Colin... Colin Ford." he said.

"Hey, I'm Y/N" I replied

"Can you show me around the school, I'm new, would you mind?" he said in an adorable voice.

"No, can i see your schedule?" I asked.

He handed me a folded piece of paper. I opened it and told him we have 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th periods together. We have alot of classes together.

"Can i walk with you to class" he asked me in a deep voice.

"Sure" I replied, as we started walking to Mr. Calizon's Woodshop class.
