I'm really lazy so I'm going to just zoom right through the your day with Wendy since it's not relevant to the story.

Warning: gore and sadness. You may need tissues.

Song above!! You don't NEED to listen to it but I recommend it(not for the story, in general)

ENJOY THE SADEST AND LONGEST CHAPTER!!

(Y/N) POV

We went to the diner and ate then to the water tower, where we sat and talked about everything we missed when we were gone as we watched the town. One thing I noticed is I saw Ford go into the forest with a bag. Knowing him he'll probably looking around.
It had been a while and it was now 6 PM. Ari and I headed out to the forest while Wendy headed home for dinner.
We walked to the edge of the forest as the sun went down and the moon became clear. Our eyes shifted to an unnatural color and we both automatically turned into our wolf forms.

And now, back to the story!!~

Ari and I were making our way towards the Shack, we had just finished a good meal and were fully fueled. As we walked I picked up a little bit of Dippers sent, due to the blood covering my muzzle I couldn't place it. Suddenly, I had a very bad feeling. My head snapped to the side when I heard a loud SNAP! my heart dropped at the sight of.....

Narrator POV

Ford, Dipper and Mabel sat silently in a bush near where Ford had set a few traps.
"Grunkle Ford, I don think this is a good idea. Those traps are dangerous, what if the animal gets hurt." Mabel worried.
Dipper was against it too, but he didn't want to talk back to his great uncle. For some reason he had a terrible feeling something bad was going to happen.
"Shhh.... Look..." Ford whispered. The three turned their heads to see two, of what Ford knew were, werewolves. You could tell the two had just had a good meal by the blood that covered them. One werewolf, obviously the younger of the two, was walking towards one the traps.
"Great Uncle Ford..." Dippers voice trailed off. The other werewolf looked their direction.
"He's going to go into the trap." Gasped Mabel who knew who the werewolf was and was worried.

SNAP!

(Y/N) POV

My heart dropped at the sight of Ari... in the trap. I ran to him, quickly transforming into my human form. I looked at him as I kneeled beside the trap. Ari looked at his bloody self then at me.
"Hold on." I chocked on my words. I looked at the trap. It wasn't like any other trap Ive dealt with before, no switchs, levers, or buttons to be seen. There's only one way to open it. I gripped the teeth of the trap and i already felt the metal pierce through the skin on my hands. I slowly pulled the edges away from Ari as blood drizzled from my hands. One of my hands slipped, instead of letting go of the edge and letting it hurt Ari, the edge slipped and scraped all the way up my arm. I bit my lip to hold back a scream as blood ran down my arm at an alarming rate. Ari whimpered in pain.
"It's ok...I've almost got it...I'll get you out..." I struggled to keep my voice steady. I knew the three were watching, but I didn't pay any mind to them. All of a sudden Dipper was kneeling next to me.
"How can I help?" He sounded determined.
"Lift him out of the trap while I hold it down." My voice begged. Dipper took off his jacket and slid it under Ari.
"Mabel." He commanded.
"I'm here." She knelt down across form her brother, picking up one side of the jacket and Dipper the other.
"1, 2, 3." On that note they lifted Ari and set him aside on the ground. I, not so carefully, let go of the trap, causing it to cut some more of my arm but I didn't let it bother me. I quickly ran to Ari's side as the twins backed up. Just by looked at him, I could tell he wouldn't make it. His breath was so shallow I could barely hear it, even over the silence. His sides were so ripped up crimson was his new fur color and some much skin had come off I could see his ribs bones.
There's nothing I can do.
Slowly his breathing stopped and his eyes shut.
I looked to Ford from my sitting position, blood coving almost all of my clothes.
My supernatural yellow, cold eyes detected to his brown ones.
"Did you finally get the answers you needed?" My voice was so calm, even I was surprised. He stared back at me, eyes as wide as plates and mouth agape. Mabel was about to burst into tears and Dipper had a sad and worried look on his face.
"You three should get back to the Shack." I faced Ari's body, "You need your sleep and I've got work to do." I carefully slid Dippers jacket from underneath Ari. "The blood isn't going to come out." I commented as I tossed it towards his feet. Slowly, I picked up Ari, carrying him over my shoulders.
"I'll see you in a day or two, when I'm done."
I marched towards the river I knew all to well. The same river I buried my mother and father.

The river I'll bury Ari in.
