Darkness. That's all I see. Not even a dim of light. Out of nowhere this light appears, I shut my eyes close because of the brightness. I felt warmth against my skin, so I opened my eyes to see what had occurred.

I was staring at what seemed to be the woods, I turn around and see this palace, was I in the middle of these two places? I want to know why was I here.Why do I get the feeling that both places are trying to allure me?

Ever since I was a child; shiny, expensive things never caught my attention. It would always be the broken, filthy, mysterious things that I would love to see or have, the reason...I would want to fix it. I would not give up until I know that it is fixed or it could no longer be put back together.

So my choice, was obviously the woods. People would easily be terrified to go in, but I'm not those type of people. I like to take risks!

As I'm walking I come across two paths, one: looks normal, it was opened and you could see things clearly. The other one: it looks like a monster or some type of murder could be roaming through or even be living there.

'Has anyone gone through here already? If someone already did, what did they see? Would I be the first? Is there something on the other side? I'll never know what could be hidding over there if I don't go.'

All these thoughts were going through my head. I just made up my mind and went through the second path.

I just kept on walking and walking. I felt it getting darker and darker by the minute. I was trying to be cautious so I wouldn't trip on anything. I had my hands in front of me this whole time just to make sure I wouldn't crash with anything.

I was getting tired with all the walking I've been doing, so I decided to take a little break. I looked around trying to see if there was somewhere I could lay on.
