Chapter 1

Kaylen POV

Beep beep! beep beep!

Ahhh it shouldn't be time to get up already I just fell asleep!!! I think as I shut my alarm off.

Today's the day that I fly out to South Carolina to see Jeremy and Ellie!

I am a little nervous, I have never been on a plane by myself and I hate taking off! It's just scary and weird feeling!

Finally after sitting in bed just thinking for what seems like an hour I get up and get in the shower. It is defiantly to early for this I almost fell 10 times walking to my bathroom!

I wash my hair and body, look out at the clock and realize I have some extra time so I sit down in the shower my back facing the water and just let my mind wander.

All I can think about is Landon and what he done. How we dated, broke up, and then he lead me on like some love sick puppy! Most importantly how he left me after that like I was nothing but rubbish and that's what I am! I'm nothing but an empty, used, hollow shell of who I used to be. I am completely disgusted in who I have become, but hey this is me so!

The water starts to get cold so I get out, wrap a towel around me and starts to blow dry my hair. After I throw it up into a pony tail,put on mascara and bottom eyeliner. I glance at the clock again, shit now I am running late!!! Damn shower! I run to my room throw on my light wash skinny jeans a superman T-shirt and my old volleyball hoodie, put on my red toms and my luggage and out the door I go!

I step out on the concrete the streets buzzing with people, I really will miss New York over the summer, but maybe just maybe Jeremy is right. I need to get away and find my self again. I hail a taxi hop in. "

"Airport, please" I say trying to sound calm and sweet

"Alright miss!" The man exclaimed from the front seat

We speed across the city and get stuck on traffic so I decide to pull my phone out and tweet

I press send and lock my phone.

When I look up we are almost there so I grab a 20 from my wallet, put everything away, and we are there.

"Keep the change! And thank you!" I say to the cab driver

" Oh wow thanks!" He replied

I get out grab my bags and walk into the airport, here goes nothing
